Walked into a beautiful lobby and reception desk only to be told I had to go to the timeshare check in. Went to the next door, checked in, and went to my room. Once I got through the tiny entrance and started to put things away I was greeted by a cockroach running across the floor. Took the dead bug to the check in đesk where it was treated like a joke but was told they would have the bug guy come on Tuesday. Since my cooler leaked on the floor I got a paper towel to wipe it up and it was black. No no in the closet so I couldn't clean it. The stopper on both the sink and tub in the bathroom were broke so I couldn't use anything but the shower. The table in the living area was glued to the floor so I couldn't move it to a more comfortable place. Which also meant you couldn't open the sleeper sofa. Came up from the pool deck Tuesday to find cigarette butts on the floor of a non smoking room. Can only guess from the bug guy since I wasn't notified that he or anyone else would be in my room. Pool had dead bugs floating in it so I didn't get in. Beach was beautiful.

I never ever want to bash a business but I am not lying when I say this was by far our worst experience with this resort. We arrived at check in and we have stayed here many times before. The room was dirty, wet and moldy. Not to mention the hotel charged my card twice. Will never stay here again. Save your money and book elsewhere. We chose holiday inn at the pavilion, beautiful resort.

Currently staying here now from 8/18to 8/23. This resort is mix of timeshare/hotel. That is lacking in quality. Even though it in a good location and offer a lot of amenities. This resort needs major renovations. Our room has a hole in the wall. People are constantly going to front desk complaining about lack of house keeping and to react room keys because they constantly keep deactivating. We trash can on the third floor by elevator that is overflowing and stinking that been there for two days, nobody from house keep has removed it or dropped the trash. The best employee who are during an exceptional job are the bellman Michael, Carlos, Chris and the other take of you from the time you unload until your bags get to your room. Those guys are the best!!!!!. The whole entire front desk and house keeping needs retraining.

It wasn't as updated as other timeshares we usually stay at -- we're Club Wyndham owners, so we're a little spoiled -- but can't beat the prime Shore Drive location or the service. Great beach bar and two sit-down eateries on site.

This is not a resort! The time shares might be nicer but the hotel/resort portion was terrible. Halls smelled of marijuana, floors are dirty, windows leaked in water when it rained and our balcony wasn’t even a shoe size deep! Although they did tell me that it was a balcony. It was not. This was party central. Music till 11pm. Fireworks by vacationers until 1am one night. One of our beds was lopsided, shower didn’t drain and toilet got clogged on day one. First and last time at this place. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to have peace of mind and a clean place to sleep.
