Last year my husband set us up on a mystery weekend trip in Selinsgrove. He found this lovely B & B owned and run by Ruth Ann and Marvin Weaver, who have been most gracious hosts for us. Their A-frame, rustic log cabin is extremely clean, comfortable, and boasts four rooms overlooking a lovely fountain pond and gazebo. We’ve enjoyed our time here so much that it’s becoming tradition this first week in June.
We have been taking our family to Fox Boro for a get away weekend for the past 5 years and we have never been disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the good food and the excellent service of Marv & Ruth Ann.We highly recommend this place! You will not get a better breakfast anywhere!
Absolutely love this place! Wouldn't stay any where else when in this area. Quiet peaceful excellent get away. Breakfast are even better than I make for myself at home. Owners go above and beyond what anyone could expect. We have stayed here many times, Usually a week at a time. Even when other guests are here you almost never even know. When you compare it to the other options in the area, none compare!
Our 2nd stay here (during the end of Sept 2017) , we love this place. For us it was a great base from which to explore, shop & dine in the area. The Weavers are great people and really make you feel at home. We will return in 2018 !
I come to the university one see year for an event. The past years I've stayed on campus but this year decided to try something off campus. This bed and breakfast is beautiful and a short drive from the university. You really feel like you're out in the country. I stayed in the Jane Austen room which was lovely and extremely roomy. Breakfast was yummy and I especially enjoyed the beatific grounds and watching the birds and chipmunks at the bird feeders during breakfast. I hope to be back next year.
