We stay at this Inn every fall when we visit Pennsylvania Dutch country. The family-owned property is conveniently located near places to shop and eat and within an easy drive of farmer's markets like Central Market in Lancaster and Green Dragon in Ephrata. The motel staff are helpful, cheerful, good hosts. HIghly recommend it.

Planned a trip to the Lancaster area for my wife's birthday and was looking for some inexpensive lodging. The man at the front desk, I believe his name was Raj, was very helpful, he even offered me a handicapped-accessible room when he saw I was using a walker. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. They offered a continental breakfast which was good, much better than spending $100-$150 a night more for a place offering scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles. This just might be the best place we have stayed in in this area. I would recommend the Eastbrook Inn to anyone.

Not fancy, but clean and inexpensive. Staff was friendly but difficult to understand. Our room was clean ans had all essentials. Two issues: the coffee maker in our room had not been cleaned. Old coffee in the pot had a nice layer of mold growing on it. The TV guide next to the TV had listings that were completely different then what we actually saw. No elevator. Would have been helpful to a couple of old geezers like myself and my wife. These are relatively minor things, so enjoy a night.

The owners , the Patels, were very nice and took care of ALL our needs .It was an Older place but very clean and comfortable. good breafast and ice machine on way out. our room even had usb ports.Very close to everything. highly recommended 👌 so much to see

I was staying here with my friend for a long vacation weekend. If you are looking for a nice quiet place this is it. We had a nice view of the fields and saw some balloons in the air. It was conveniently located near alot of places within walking distance. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return on my next trip out.

My family and I stayed two nights at Eastbrook Inn. We took too long to decide where to go and ended up booking here as our usual hotel was full. We had stayed at the Eastbrook Inn twice in the past, many years ago. We remembered the motel to be a value motel but clean and in good condition. We then confronted the reality of the Eastbrook Inn 2022. Scratches over the walls, peeling paint, a missing smoke detector, the stuffy air like the window has not been opened in years. Interestingly, the bolt to lock the door from the inside was missing a piece so it was not possible to lock from inside at night. Ok, not a nice looking motel but we agreed to let it go because the idea is just to spend the night here. But then we started to notice hairs all over the bathroom. On the bathrooms wall and on the bathtub. Behind the nightstand there were chips and a soda bottle cap. When was the last time this room had been thoroughly cleaned?? Not to mention the hairs in the bathroom, which should have been removed after the last guest left! Needless to say we didn’t feel comfortable in this motel. Will never stay here again. We have stayed at the motel many times. The owners are very friendly. The room is always nice. We have stayed in the family room the past few times and really like that. It has 3 beds which works out great for our family. It is always clean. They serve breakfast also.

We always stay here. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. There is a lot to see in this area. We were greeted by the clerk and felt welcomed. He remembered us from previous years. The room had updates from 2 years ago. Nice!! We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Hated going home.

24th my son and I checked into the Eastbrook Inn. Upon arrival we immediately noticed a slight smell which wasn't un pleasant but not what I want to smell all weekend. The owner said it was someone cooking in their room and then he'd no control. Ok, whatever. Not going to freak out over spices. As soon as we got in our room, #128, we noticed knicks and scratches all over the walls. It smelled heavily of smoke. Then we looked down to see a huge burn mark made by an iron. It was obvious and ridiculousness for them to put anybody in this room. At this point the rudely and reluctantly gave me another room. They presured me to say weather I was staying or not without seeing the room. It was a much cleaner room although it was still not what we expected for 2 star. At that point many nicer hotel were fully booked so we didn't know if we could find a new place on such short notice. Management was uninterested in me telling them what was wrong. I spoke in hushed tones and waited for other patrons to not be around to voice my issues as to not make them look bad. But they refused to listen . I was told if I was unhappy they would not speak to me and I could leave when we had no where to go. Upon checking out I told them they need to clean their rooms more before claiming they are a half decent establishment. He said if thats how I feel thats how I feel. I told them their were stains on the bed that I didn't see until it was time to sleep. They did not care. I would never stay there. The local red roof in would be considered a 4 store resort compared to this place. I only gave it 1 circle because you had to pick atleast one circle. They tried to say theniron was from the smokers when they have nothing to do with the other. The room should have never been given to anyone and I was insulted they it was a good enough room for a paying customer. They have family staying in some rooms and those rooms are way better. I felt dirty the whole time and I did check for another room available where we needed it at this point. Do not stay here. There are other way better budget hotels to give your money too.…
