Rooms was good, But check in lady for second shift was VERY ignorant & Harassing .. So uncomfortable that I didn’t even sleep in my room I checked out by 11:30pm .. very poor customer service. Never again..
We made this reservation based on reviews on another website. Besides the fact we were charged $6 more than our reservation had listed, the room was definitely not "Non-smoking" as listed. Our sleepwear and other things were smelly when we took them out the next evening at our stop that night. This motel also has a few live-in weekly renters, a few of whom were loud into the later evening. Not worth staying at again.
Room was nice but the jacuzzi tub had built up dirt coming out of the drains. Filled the tub it was fine turned on jets ran great. When emptying the tub black/brownish dirt started coming out of the drain. Needless to say I won’t stay in a jacuzzi room there again.
Arrived early AM the first day and they accommodated our early arrival. We encountered some room issues the first night which we brought to the attention of the person at the front desk. She took care of it within a half hour by moving us to the room next door. We stayed for several nights because of work we were having done to our house. They were accommodating to both us and our pets. The grounds were clean, the room was clean and warm. It snowed and snow removal was prompt. To our surprise upon checkout, the owners gave us a refund for our first night. This was a good experience at a good, low cost hotel.
The bedding could have been better. The pillows were old and over used. The comforter was thin and uncomfortable. A soft blanket would have helped greatly. It was like hospital bedding. The room smelled funky.
