We stayed 2 nights as part of a visit to Fallingwater and other Frank Lloyd homes. The Inn Keepers are friendly, provide a hearty breakfast and the room we stayed in was just right. They provided us with good restaurant suggestions. The B & B is 5 minutes from Fallingwater which is great if doing one of the earlier tours.
There are 5 of us who like to travel together and we decided to go to Falling Water. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Met very nice people. The owners are welcoming but not intrusive. It is immaculately clean and breakfast was good. We especially liked the French toast and the wonderful fresh fruit cup. Beds were also very comfortable. There is a restaurant close to the B & B.
Very comfortable lodging with congenial hosts and minutes from Fallingwater. Quiet, rural atmosphere. Since most guests are there to visit the FLW homes, the hosts schedule breakfasts around the tour times, which is very helpful. Recommend the package that includes tour tickets and lodging.
There are no superlatives to sufficiently describe my stay at Country Seasons. Liberty and James, your hosts, are uncommonly congenial and will make the extra effort to help you in any way they can. The room itself is perfect for anyone traveling alone. The bed is extremely comfortable and there are also two chairs to relax in. The inn itself is beautiful. There is a nice dining room that I also used to relax and write down my impressions of Fallingwater, which is just down the road, after my visit there. There is also a wide veranda with chairs and a swing to take in a beautiful summer afternoon. Finally, the breakfasts are amazing. Cooked personally by Liberty and James, there is an abundance of delicious food with a menu that changes every day. I highly recommend Country Seasons.…
My husband and I stayed at the B&B for our Fallingwater tour the next morning. Liberty and Jim are lovely. They don’t get too personal and they run a tight ship. Breakfast is served on time and you are expected to be there, which I love! Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The bed and room were very comfortable. (Although I would enjoy a feather pillow!) The grounds are lovely and Liberty was able to recommend Brenda’s for dinner, which was also yummy. (And warm! We had problems with several restaurants not greeting or serving us on our way in from Shanksville!) Going to Fallingwater? Stay here!
