Brad and Keith were great. Went above and beyond. The breakfasts tasted amazing. Wonderful conversations. We enjoyed the house and room, very spacious and had nice decor. Snacks and coffee were available 24/7, and Brand and Keith were very knowledgeable about the area and wonderful places to eat and shop. Look forward to seeing them again and enjoying another getaway weekend.

We were more than satisfied with our stay there with everything from the comfort to the cleanliness was exceptional. We were welcomed as if we were family and left as friends. We loved the attention to detail in our room, to the food and to the every day needs which we had or potentially could have had.

Our second time staying here. Brad and Keith are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts are so good - very gourmand. The room was cozy and nice. We enjoyed returning to it every afternoon after a busy day, Like returning home to a comfortable, warm home. Snacks and coffee were available 24/7, and our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and wonderful places to eat. We'll be back.

The two proprietors, Brad and Keith, are very interested in the quality of your experience and they are very interesting to converse with. My wife and I highly recommend this B&B. The food is interesting and delicious. Our room in the cottage was fine. Their living room and dining area are pleasant and comfortable.

Kudos to our hosts Keith and Brad! Their total focus was on making our visit memorable. So accommodating, shared repeatedly don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, found their Dinner suggestion for good Italian food to be an excellent recommendation. Hoping to go again next year! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a warm welcoming atmosphere, The Lancaster Bed & Breakfast is the place. From the moment Keith greeted us, we were treated as special guests. The decor was full of antiques and fine art. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The home was built in the early 1900s so it’s not wide open but has intimate nooks. The bathroom was large and the water hot. Best of all the breakfast that Brad prepares are a work of art. So delicious. Made of organic and fresh ingredients. There is no plastic dinnerware. The cream pitcher, cloth napkins and lovely set tables with creative decorations made me feel like I was in a five star restaurant. Keith and Brad know how to treat their guests. There is plenty to do in Lancaster but we enjoyed just hanging out. We highly recommend this.
