Awful!! Neither pool was open, not that we would have seen in them. Floors wet on 2nd floor, heat didn't work, dirty rooms, carpet disgusting throughout the hotel. The booking.com site really screwed us. They have had bedding & trash in the hall for 2 days.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights as I knew it was the former Ramada. Pics looked ok I should have read the reviews. Now I am writing mine to warn others. Please don't stay here. It is in an excellent location right across from Dutch Wonderland. But, I should have known as we entered the building. The reception desk was cracking and falling apart. Stair cases up to the hallway were chipped and carpet all torn up. Our room was huge with a full size bed. Carpet stained and dirty, bed covering was dirty as well. Refrigerator had mildew inside and it didn't work properly. There was a coffee pot but no coffee and the outlet did not work. The shower head did not work it squirt all over the bathroom then the tub didn't drain so you ended up ankle deep in water. I went to locate the ice machine. The one on my floor did not work so I went to the next level. As I walked down the hallway i was stepping on wet carpet. There was an indoor pool but I wasn't taking any chances. This place needs to be renovated badly. We stayed one night because it was late and found a room for the second night.

We travel a lot and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels. We knew going in it was a "budget" hotel, we just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. This was the nastiest hotel we have ever stepped foot in. There was "biologic" matter on the sheets, NOT a stain just nasty sheets. Turned the shower on and it was brown water, so there was no chance of a shower. No trash can, floors havent been vacumed in what I can only assume, is never, Ceiling tiles missing or falling off. Because we arrived so late in the evening, we ended up wrapping up in a blanket we keep in our car and sleeping on top of the covers. We promptly woke up and checked out and left, I would have preferred to spend the night in my car than go back there. Elevator was out of service

We were stopping to get rest and visit family in the area during a long car trip. I had used Priceline to reserve the room. From the pictures I figured it was a good deal for the money. I was wrong!! The entire room was damp! One of the pillows was visibly dirty and beds liked like they were just remade after the last guests. They were not freshly washed. But the room was so damp that it was uncomfortable for my kids to sleep under the blankets. I felt terrible for my kids. Because they had to either choose between cold & uncovered or covered and damp. If we turned off he air in the room it made the room smell even worse. So we suffered for a few hours of sleep. Shower was low pressure and fluctuating temperature. This is by far the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. They need to be honest and update pictures and information on sites. The outdoor pool is all grown in as well as the tennis court. You only got about 10 channels on the TV the rest either were static-y or floating direct Tv symbol. Ended up staying in the area another night found another place a few doors down for the same price and way better!!!

Was celebrating our anniversary and thought this was a great place due to the photos on booking.com. The amenities pictured did not exist or was closed due to maintenance issues. Hotel is run down, when driving around back curtains on rooms are torn and ripped, looked like something from a horror show. Arrived to find 3 other guests not including ourselves. One woman at the desk answering phones who could not help with anything, not even providing an iron & ironing board which was not in our room. No other staff in sight. Both pools were closed waiting on maintenance which was suppose to happen days prior to our arrival. We were given 4 room keys that didn't work properly. Halls were dark and dirty. Sign on door leading to the Bar area was closed. Outside patio furniture was stored in the extremely hot indoor swimming pool area. Which by the way had to be well over 100 degrees due to the sauna being broke. Lets not forget when calling prior to our arrival, no one answered the phone. Refused to stay and was refunded our money. Worst experience ever!!!! Ended up googled the site and found its being foreclosed.
