Very clean and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again. Only minor complaint is the pillows on the bed were terrible. Everything else was great. We saw a show at the American Music theatre and this was the perfect spot. Breakfast was good too!

My wife and I come to Lancaster on a yearly basis and we always try to stay at Comfort Inn because we have had a good experience in the past. This year was no different. Our room was clean, the staff polite and helpful and the location is perfect for us. The only issue would be a little more variety concerning the breakfast menu. Perhaps some peanut butter and sausage gravy and biscuits. Overall a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend.

No matter how their accessible rooms are described, pay up and go somewhere else like the Hampton Inn. Rooms are to small and crowded. The bed has a high top which makes it too tall. The bathroom should be rebuilt and is no where close to something for a handicapped individual. Shower in a bathtub with one grab bar., No seat in shower. No grab bars by the toilet. Bathroom is tiny could not accommodate a wheelchair, scooter or walker. Facility has one older elevator which is small compared to others we have used. There is no hotel standard used for an accessible room. Also breakfast is marginal. On the plus side staff is very nice and accommodating. If you only need a regular room this older property might work for you but not us.

First time at this location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast lacked hot items, consisting of cold cereals, packets of instant oatmeal, muffins, bananas, yogurt, juice and coffee. There was some road noise from commercial vehicles. This location seemed to have more room door banging than I'm accustomed to. All in all, I will stay here again.

My husband and I just stayed at this location and were disappointed. I read the positive reviews and expected more. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive but the room fell short and the breakfast was not good. We stayed in room 101, a King H/C suite. The room itself was okay but worn. The bathroom was the issue. It had a roll in shower which is very worn, the shower floor was cracked and bowed, the rubber gasket along the bottom to keep the water from running onto the floor was edged in mold and mildew and a ceramic tile was falling off off the floor trim. The inside rim under the toilet seat was also coated in mold and mildew. The lighting was very poor, it was dark in the shower. The floor was dirty and there was not HOT water, just warm enough to shower without being cold. I did bring the issues to the attention of the desk clerks and they had them addressed but the issues were not completely resolved. As for the breakfast, it consisted of 3 cold cereals, packets of instant oatmeal, 2 types of muffins, oranges, yogurt, juice and coffee. All unhealthy carbs. They were supposed to have microwaveable breakfast sandwiches but did not. I got two conflicting stories. One clerk told me they were cleared to offer s full breakfast but that they cannot staff it. Another clerk told me that is all they are permitted by Choice Hotels due to Covid and that the food supplier has cancelled their deliveries due to a lack of drivers? So which is it? We have stayed on several hotels during this year and were offered much better breakfasts, even at the height of Covid. In all, these issues need to be addressed. The rooms need deep cleaning, walls and carpets need cleaned, etc. The manager needs to do a walk through and inspect the condition of the rooms. I was offered a small adjustment to my bill for the issues I encountered which I appreciate but feel the issues should not even have occured. The location of the hotel is very convenient and was quiet.

What a wonderful experience! The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. They made check-in seamless. The room was clean and in excellent condition. The hotel is in a location that provides easy access to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. This hotel will be my go-to every time I visit the Lancaster area.

For our 55th wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to take a trip to the Lancaster, Pa area so we could shop at flea markets and thrift shops. We booked a room for three nights at the Amish Country Comfort Inn in New Holland, PA. The staff was very friendly an the room was very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable but I found the square pillows a little awkward to use. The room had plenty of outlets for charging our "devices" and a small fridge and microwave. The sink and vanity were inside the entrance door and outside of the tiny bathroom which had a tub/shower combination and of course a toilet. There were no towel racks. and the rooms were not very sound proof. However, it was quiet through the night. Morning was a different story. Because of Covid, the breakfast room was closed but we were given a choice at the main desk of 1 breakfast sandwich, egg, ham or sausage, cheese on a muffin, or a whole wheat muffin, a croissant or breakfast burrito, 1 bottle of juice (a couple of choices) 1 sweet pastry, again a couple of choices and coffee or tea. The sandwiches were frozen. There were a couple of tall tables and stools in the lobby but we opted to take our food back to the room and microwave the sandwiches ourselves. Because of Covid, the pool was closed. The fan on our AC ran constantly, even when we only wanted it a little cool. If we turned the fan off, the whole unit shut down. My husband was fine with that, but I froze. I give this place a 4 star rating because it was comforting to me that it was very clean. And the friendliness of the staff helped a lot too. Besides, the location was very near all the markets and restaurants we wanted to visit.

Our stay at The Comfort Suites was the best. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Both my husband and I slept the best we’ve slept in years. The beds and pillow were so comfortable. There are firm and soft pillows on the beds. I took my own pillow and chose to use theirs. The staff was exceptional. The manager, Carley was the nicest and was so very helpful with everything. Maribeth of housekeeping was on top of everything. Kudos to her.

Stayed 4 nights over a rainy Memorial Weekend ( Thursday to Monday).. Nightly room rate ( $120 average per night) was well worth it being that all rooms are mini- suites ( couch/bed area in addition to the 2 queen beds. ) Small refrigerator and small microwave also in-room. Free coffee at all times in lobby, and free breakfast in the morning ( hot breakfast selections was limited due to virus ) Small but good indoor pool on site. Great location on Route 30 with Target ,Kohls, Aldi supermarket, and many chain's restaurants within walking distance.. Special mention to the outstanding and very friendly front desk personal and housecleaning staff . I will return.. And highly recommended.
