Rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Check in and Check-out was easy for us and all our guests. We had more than 50 rooms booked for our wedding guests. We had a night before welcoming dinner and a Sunday brunch day after the wedding. The service and the food were very good. Room set up (we used meeting rooms) was perfect. Kudos to the entire staff especially to Heather. Heather was wonderful in all the planning steps and the execution. Front desk staff was great, friendly and efficient. Our guests utilized the lobby bar as well. Service was great there too. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn in helping to make my daughter's wedding weekend flawless!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lancaster, PA as part of a church group bus trip. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were large with amenities (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave) and everything was so clean and felt new. We all raved the next morning about the great night's sleep we had on the very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was very good. Add to that the staff in all areas was genuinely friendly and helpful. With our coach bus it was about 20 minutes from the Amish Experience in Bird-in-Hand, PA and about 30 minutes from the Sight and Sound theater in Ronks, PA.

Well, the property is easy to find, ample parking however it is spread out, meaning, you will end up walking a bit. Older hotel, was on the ground floor, not bad, except for the kids running around until 10pm. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The A/C was able to be placed on constant, which helps with the white noise, so that is a plus. Didn’t try breakfast or any dinner. I must say i don’t care for the “food and beverage “ credit. It always seems to be a pain to checkout & have the bill done correctly. Didn’t try the gym or pool. The laundry was out of service, good thing i didn’t need it? The staff was pleasent & helpful. Over all, it was an okay stay.

Great location. Room on the small side however comfortable. Hotel is somewhat dated. My main concern which I noted to the clerk, the lack of luggage carts. If I was traveling with elderly family, it would be an issue, this trip no one was disabled and could carry their own luggage. The clerk agreed there could me more, however typically she there are no issues unless guest keep the carts in their room. I would stay here again.

This was a convenient, clean, quite, comfortable hotel at an affordable price. We felt welcomed at check-in. We were told its the first ever Hilton Garden Inn. While that makes it an older hotel, it has been updated and didn't feel old at all. The only drawback was the layout of the hotel is a little odd and there was only one elevator which was quite a walk from our assigned room. Had we known that we could have asked for another room closer to the elevator. The hotel itself isn't particularly close to any tourist areas but still convenient to Route 30. We used the restaurant for breakfast but didn't eat the pricey buffet instead opting for the continental selection. The service was good. We would consider staying here again when in the area.

We stay at this property pretty regularly when visiting our relatives in Lancaster, PA. Overall, it is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is getting a little worn and could use a refresh, however. The self-serve café next to the front desk was new since our last visit. Had a nice fancy coffee vending machine that made excellent cappuccino, etc. Oddly, my two efforts to buy regular coffee from the new machine were rebuffed by the front desk folks, noting they had free coffee set up by the restaurant. I knew that, but I kind of wanted to try the new machine's coffee. Small niggle. Overall, this is a decent place with a good location. It does have some traffic noise, but not too bad. While I can't say it is out of line with other accommodations, it is pretty pricey for what you get TBH. …

Meh…. Not the best -not the worst. Diamond members get a choice - points or $20 credit per diamond member per day (not how many rooms you have). Can’t roll over credit the next day? Not the end of the world - “whatever”. Hotel is very clean - for what they are dealing with - aged. Staff is nice and accommodating. Next time I will try the Hilton Homewood suites across the street or Hampton Inn closer to downtown
