Early February, booked for Pocono weekend & they were aware of our party. Absolutely no mention that they wouldn't be able to accommodate what we needed but instead took our deposit. Fast forward, Covid and then they wanted us to book a second room. Our party was 3 adults and a 8year old. No mention after they took deposit that we would need an additional room so after all my emails that they decided it was a problem they were actually going to refund my deposit since they shouldn't have accepted it in the first place. Promises made to refund and as of this post, still waiting. Am filing civil action suit if not in my bank account tomorrow, November 17th, which is after 7 days and constant apologies. I don't need to put name, Rob & Morgan both should know me.

Thank you for your feedback. Over the course of the year many events were canceled due to Covid. All guests were offered a future credit to rebook at their convenience or when the event was rescheduled. When we discussed your group size it was agreed by both parties that a full refund of the deposit would be best. The refund was issued and proof of refund was provided the same day. Refunds are not instant, it takes time for the bank to process and return the funds. After 7 business days the refund cleared like promised.

Stayed 3 different times at Lake Harmony Inn this year with my 2 chihuahuas. Beautiful, clean, dog friendly, well maintained and owners Rob and Morgan treat everyone like family. Three restaurants in walking distance and gorgeous lake outside the rooms. Can’t wait to go again.

I was surprised how nice the grounds were but the building itself kind of turned me off. The rooms were very nice but small for the price. Staff was very nice. Amazing fireplace but gas fires didn't work. Rooms were very hot, turned heat off and it still came out. Didn't know you can rent boats (I would have). Restaurants that you can walk to was a plus!

We had a bunch of us up for my cousins wedding at Lake Harmony - fortunately, I booked the closest place very early on as it booked up quickly. We had room #9 which appears to be refreshed with new flooring and bathroom. Walls are thin; and it’s naturally quiet up there so keep the bathroom fan running at night. Would definitely go back! Rob the caretaker was fabulous!!!

Great time as always! The staff is super friendly and the grounds on the lake are beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. We can't wait to book our next trip in October! We have stayed at Lake Harmony Inn several times and it is always great.
