The London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 (Bath Road) Hotel is widely regarded for its welcoming atmosphere and modern, clean rooms. Despite some calls for refurbishment, guests have called out the comfort of the beds and the variety of on-site dining options. While the hotel's location near the airport is a highlight for its convenience, the noise level has received mixed reviews.
Travellers appreciate the professional staff and amenities, yet some have noted additional costs and cleaning service issues. The value proposition is debated, with meal deals adding to its affordability for some guests.

Stopped over the night before holiday to New York. Lovely clean room. Comfy bed. Shame we weren't at the back to watch the planes coming into land.
Good price and great location. Would recommend. The facilities there looked great but we didn't need use them as we were only there for a few hours really

Only a one night stay before flying out for our holiday. Always a great hotel, comfortable, efficient, clean and plenty of helpful staff. Good soundproofing in room cutting out traffic and aircraft noise. Great value too as we were able to take advantage of early bird low room price. Option of onsite restaurant at a fixed price is really good value and food quality good too to make a relaxing start to our holiday.

We have just returned from Australia, having travelled out on Christmas Day. I am coeliac and approached breakfast in the Premier Inn, Heathrow, with some trepidation. Nobody wants to be ill on a long haul flight! I needn't have worried......We were served by Silvana who ensured that the breakfast was cooked separately and that all cutlery and crockery was contamination free. Service was exemplary and the breakfast was superb, hot and freshly cooked. We were away for a month and this breakfast was easily the best and safest meal I ate during this period. Well done, Silvana and Premier Inn.

Three of us stayed the night before we flew out to the USA, and after speaking to the reception staff who informed us that a taxi would cost approximately £14, we decided to go down this route, rather than spend £15 on the slower hoppa bus. We each had one item of hold luggage, and one item of hand luggage, all of which I had to load into the taxi, and unload again at the airport. We were then charged £28 as there was "too much luggage". The taxi company were informed at the time of booking how much luggage we had, and still quoted £14. While I am aware that the taxi isn't part of Premier Inn, this is the only option they give you when requesting a vehicle. I have stayed in the Premier Inn at Manchester airport on several occasions, and have never been ripped off like this.
The hotel itself was excellent for what we needed, and if you are there long enough tot be able to eat breakfast then the meal deal is worth doing. It was a little noisier than some hotels I've stayed in that are adjacent to the runway, but it wasn't excessive. I would stay here again, but would never use the taxi service!

We stayed here for a night before flying from Terminal 3, Heathrow.
The hotel provides excellent value- we booked well in advance and got a £29 room. We then did the meal deal, to add dinner with drink and breakfast for both of us for £53. So the whole package was fantastic value.
The hotel is in an excellent location, next door to Purple Parking.
We enjoyed our dinner in the Thyme restaurant, and got great service, although we would rate the food as ‘ok’ rather than outstanding.
We loved the way the hotel is designed around an airy glass atrium.
We did struggle to access the hotel entrance from the A4 when we first arrived, travelling in an easterly direction, as the road has a hard barrier down the middle, and there are few places where you can cross. It is easier to access the hotel travelling in a westerly direction.
There is a large car park, chargeable at £10 per night, which we thought was reasonable.
Overall, we think this is a great airport hotel, to get your holiday off to a fantastic start.

Great service on arrival and in the restaurant. The room was very good - spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent - very near to the airport and the rooms were well soundproofed so you would not have known you were so close. Bonus for us was the parking which was near and convenient.

We had booked parking at the “Purple Parking“ Site which is right next door to this hotel. Our flight time changed to AM so not fancying our chances round the M25 and arriving at the airport slightly stressed, we added a days parking and booked to stay here. Warmly welcomed just inside the door, we were offered self service or “ I can check you in here if you prefer”. Should have taken the ladies name, she was courteous, helpful and informative to my questions about their own car park. We signed up for the “ meal deal”, booked a 7pm slot and headed off to room 107, the window of which overlooked the inside courtyard and the “Thyme Restaurant”
Room was warm, spotless and in excellent decorative order. We headed for the bar, got a very drinkable bottle of Merlot, had a glass while people watching and took the rest with us to the restaurant. Once again a warm welcome and a very courteous waiter. Our steak meals were pretty good and worth the small supplement.
We did have a bit of bother cooling the room down (hence 4*) but in the end both slept well, not even the hint of any aircraft or traffic noise.
We had a leisurely buffet style brekkie with lots of choice which was all nicely presented and went down well. Waiting staff were all courteous.
Check out was as easy as dropping our key card in a box followed by less than a 5 min walk back to the “Purple” car park and courtesy bus which took 8 mins to T2.
It was nice to be there fresh, fed, watered and relaxed.
Our minds are made up to do it again on our next trip, next month.

Although the Premierinn chain is generally much better than their competitors Travelodge, this hotel is too busy and expensive now. At peak check time in early evening, check in staff on reception are so busy that if you have any room issues etc, it takes ages just to speak to someone. In the price range that the Premierinn have now got into, there are so many better hotels in the LHR area offering much better personal customer service, so I would give it a swerve.

This was a very pleasant surprise. We had two nights at the Premier Inn before our long haul flight back to Australia. The reception area was very welcoming as were the staff, as well as helpful. The room was just what we needed and the bed very comfortable. The staff gave us good information about local buses into London and were extremely helpful at all times. We had the dinner and breakfast deal for one night/morning and found it to be really satisfying and reasonably priced.I was worried about the proximity of the airport but didn't hear much more than a rumble. The whole place was value for money in our opinion and we would definitely stay again.

As a pilot, I stay here a lot. This hotel is very modern and has all the facilities that you need. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with great sound deadening, so no aircraft noise to keep you awake. The staff are very efficient as checking in and out is very slick. The location is right next to the airport with a bus stop right outside. The WiFi is free and it fast. There is nothing to complain about.

No 'shuttle' bus as such, and I wouldn't recommend the Hoppa. But right outside the front door is a bus stop for the public 'red bus'. Service 105 and 111 go directly to the Central Bus Station at Heathrow, where Terminal 3 is directly walkable through the underground tunnels in five minutes. Each person pay contactless with credit / debit card when you board by holding the card against the yellow circle, costs £1.75. Walk to hotel bus top less than one minute, drive about ten minutes, in terminal five mins later. The wait for the bus depends on the time of day you're doing it.
Heathrow T2&T3 has its own tube and train station. The Piccadilly tube line and Elizabeth train line both go to the Airport T2&T3 station
Purple parking is next door and normally cheaper. We paid £76.32 for eight days. two minute walk to the hotel and in the morning you can walk back to Purple Parking and get the bus for free!
I suggest you contact the hotel to clarify. We stayed in June and I can't recall if aircon was available, however the room was very nice!
