If it was possible to rate this hotel with negative stars, I would. I’m a frequent business traveler so I see a lot of hotels; this one, by far, was one of the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. I usually do a mobile check in and select my room. After doing so, I was notified that my room had changed from a third floor room to a first floor room which if I had wanted a first floor room as a single female traveler, I would have selected one. After calling for 15 minutes, the front desk finally answered and they were able to correct the error. Upon arriving, we found the hotel to extremely dated and in poor condition l. The carpets were CMS rained and dirty, the gym hadn’t been cleaned the whole time we were there, the front desk staff was rude, the washer was broken, and 2 out of 3 ice machines were broken as well. I’m not sure how this hotel can describe itself as newly renovated. If you’re interested in a clean and friendly stay, I’d go somewhere else!

Hotel's Favourite
Although this is an older property, it was a pleasant stay! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Every hotel is short staffed right now, so there were a few neglected things but the staff handled the sell out crowd beautifully! Our breakfast was great. The overworked waitress was very fast! She was a seasoned veteran and very friendly. The young man that checked us in was informative and kind. It was after midnight by the time the concert ended and we got to the hotel but there was plenty of parking. Thanks to all for making our stay awesome!

This hotel is a dump. The carpets are dirty, the air conditioner doesn’t work, the washer was broken (dryer was working), the room felt damp, and the gym wasn’t cleaned all week. The front desk staff are extremely unfriendly. Hilton Garden Inns used to be known for business travelers. This place has gone downhill and you can tell the absolute minimum effort is out into it. Stay away. Find a different place to stay.

An amazing hotel to stay at. Super close to the park and museum, also nearby retail stores and restaurants. The gym and pool are very nice but is a small hotel. Snack bar and restaurant inside the restaurant are very nice. The shower and care amenities in the bathroom were also very nice along with the room. There was a thunderstorm the night I stayed there and there was no signal for the TV and what a better time for it to happen during the NBA Finals. Power almost went out but in all good circumstances. Front desk is very nice and I will come back to this hotel.

This hotel is not of the usual Hilton caliber. Very disappointing stay. Only 2 towels per room no matter how many guests booked. Pool was out of towels multiple times. The restaurant was a joke. Only open certain days and $6.95 for a kids cereal and juice was a bit expensive. The only nice & helpful employee was the woman working Sunday evening. Very over priced. Felt like we were at a Super 8, not a Hilton.

Checking in at this place was a test in patience and trying to stay polite to the staff. Selena was very busy texting with somebody and used the absolute minimum of words to go to the procedure of giving us our keys. The hotel is outdated, not well maintained, not very clean (don't walk barefoot in the room) and ridicules expensive for what you get. If you like to call it a bar, a table top with 3 chairs, closed early because the barman didn't feel well, other staff present could not be bothered to do anything. To busy with texting. Checking out was limited to pointing out where to put your key and a question about the receipt was answered by the single word "e-mail" Not worthy to have the name Hilton and I advise all to have a look for another place if you need to stay in Hershey.

Front desk service is rude and unaccountable. They didnt follow through with anything they said. The place makes no effort to do the minimum. Place is dated and there are better/cheaper options in Hershey. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There is nothing redeeming about this place.

Hi! I checked in with my family at around 10pm on a Friday night. When I walked in to the lobby, I noticed the trash can was overflowing with trash. The front desk person did not pay attention to me and kept chatting with a customer in front of me who was just hanging out at the bar. After standing there listening to their small talk, I finally put my bags down on the front desk and gave her a look. She then excused herself from the small talk she was having with the other person, and checked me in. The elevator of the hotel is old and the room is ok. However, we found the fridge has not been cleaned out and there is a bottle of beer sitting there from the last guest. I do not want to go on but given this is a Hilton hotel, I find it a bit disappointing. Will probably not stay here again.

Convenient to the Giant Center for the Elton John concert. Given the number of people in the hotel, I was worried about noise, but we didn't hear anything - a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. Oh and the shower was awesome - water pressure is frequently an afterthought in properties at this level. It looks like the room has been recently renovated. Check-in was easy and Ebony was gracious then and upon our return after the concert. There was a sock on the floor from a previous guest, but I consider that a little oversight and didn't deter us from from enjoying our stay!

Terrible. Would never stay here again. Three moms and 3 young children for the Jojo Siwa concert. Arrived at 3:20, check in is 3pm, and we were told housekeeping was short staffed so it would be 20 more minutes. We had a dinner reservation so we were unable to wait the 20 minutes so we told them we would come back after. We weren’t even permitted to at least get checked in. Came back around 5:30 and they gave us our room key but told us housekeeping was still cleaning but we could go up. Room was not the correct one we paid for. Had to go back down to the lobby to get the correct room key. No sheets for the pull out couch but we were told they would get them for us by the time we got back. Went to the concert and came back close to 10pm. Asked for some extra pillows so everyone would have one and were told the hotel was fully booked and no extra pillows. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. Front desk staff, minus Jojo and the bartender, were not really apologetic or helpful at all. Going to Hershey stay somewhere else.
