Needs to improve on customer service and basic hotel services. Poor service at breakfast bar. Tan out of towels during our stay. Given hand towels for bath towels and told to deal with it. Tables not cleaned in breakfast area. Servers did not wear gloves

This was our second stay here in the past year. We were greeted warmly by Morgan. Thank you Morgan! She was our go-to person during the weekend. We had the king studio suite which was spacious and clean. We did put our trash and dirty towels outside our room each day. We did get fresh towels at the desk. The hot breakfast on Friday was breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. On Saturday and Sunday, the breakfast was: Belgian waffles MYO, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit and cereal. There is a coffee and tea bar which is open 24/7. The parking is free. There is a Turkey Hill gas/convenience store close by. The hotel is just off I-81. We traveled with 3 other couples and they loved the hotel too. We will be back!

This has been our stop on way from Massachusetts to Roanoke, VA. This visit was less satisfying than previous ones. Stayed in room 107. The shower valve controlling water to shower wand vs normal shower head was missing the handle so water could not be switched to the taller shower head. Sink drain could not closed. No conditioner on hand only shampoo. They did bring in substitute non Hilton soap, one bar. No regular coffee in room, coffee in lobby cold. Perhaps it’s the supply chain problems. Nice facility. Room was clean. No blanket in room but was able to get one at front desk. Was welcomed as Diamond Member. Breakfast was decent. Convenient to interstate 81. Will likely give another chance.

This was the absolute worst customer experience I’ve had in any customer service capacity in my entire life. I had to make sure people read about what I just went through. I checked into the hotel with a brand new puppy and my other dog. The woman at the front desk had myself, gf, and two dogs waiting for more then 15 mins with zero communication. When I asked if there was problem she rudely told me that hotel.com had not paid them for the room. We waited another 5 mins holding 2 dogs before she gave us the keys. When we got to the room, we could not operate the television. We tried the front desk over 6 times before getting through. When we finally got them on phone she said unplug the television and plug it back in. If that doesn’t work some one will come by tomorrow. We told her the room was booked for one night and she said there was nothing that could be done. At this point I was more then furious, I went down to the front desk and said I want a working television. She said I spoke to your wife and told her nothing could be done. I said that’s unacceptable the room cost $250 for one night and I want a working tv. Then voices started to raise and she told me I was hostile and rude and she was going to call the police and check me out of the room because I had not even paid for it (which I booked through hotels.com with a confirmation). I left went back to the room contemplating how bizarre and ridiculous that just was. 30 mins later 3 Harrisburg police officers dressed in swat gear showed up at my door and said “the front desk is insisting you leave because you are a threat to their safety.” In disbelief I left calmly and politely, with 2 dogs (one a puppy), three overnight bags, and my gf. At this point it was 1145pm. I’ll stress once more this over me trying to get a working television for a hotel room that I paid 250 dollars for. I read the reviews on this hotel after the incident. Looks like the front desk is a major issue with others as well. This people on staff that evening need to be removed immediately. Also I have absolutely never written a review in my entire life and I’m almost 40 years old. I need people to understand what I went through tonight so they can avoid this hotel at all costs.

We needed a hotel, this one was convenient to our route and very nice. Staff was very good. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again but must share the beds were not comfortable…too hard. Overall we recommend it!
