I have Gold membership with Marriott and booked two(most expensive rate) rooms during weekend. Everything was great rooms, front desk, even issues with room heater resolved in minutes. Past midnight I ran out water so wanted to get a water bottle from case I had in my car but I didn’t want to walk to the car because it was really cold outside. So I requested politely to a gentleman who was past midnight front desk to give me a water bottle. I told him that it’s really cold outside and I don’t want to go outside. He said I am sorry I can’t give you a bottle because you get bottles only once when you check in. If you want water right now you can buy one from the market. principally him being right I felt that he wasn’t being customer friendly for 10c bottle of water($4 for 24-36 bottles). I asked him his name and he refused to give me his name because he knew what he was doing was wrong. I have been to so many hotels and resorts around the world and none of the hotels ever had issues with things like water bottle. This incident may not be a big deal but it just shows the ugly side of this hotel property. I am thinking most likely any issues past midnight may not have been resolved at this hotel. I may never stay here again.…

This hotel can use some up keep on the interior and exterior. I stayed 2 nights and both nights. I find trash bag in the hallways by room doors or the elevator. For this to be a Marriott extended property. Very poorly keep and manage.

Convenient location. Good sized towels. Comfortable beds. Property appears to be well kept and clean. Nice staff. Aminata was very attentive at breakfast. Constantly offered assistance. Free breakfast, but she earned a tip. The professional standards are not as prominent at this location versus other locations, but still a good stay.

I was told this hotel was overpriced for what you got. I didn’t find that to be the case. I found little higher price, but I felt the cleanliness and newness was worth it. I found my room spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay. The pet fee was very reasonable. They gave me a room on the first floor near the exit which was just what I wanted. I’d definitely return.
