Lisa who served breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. She offered to make us plain oatmeal without sugar. Definitely went above and beyond what is typical service. Travis checked us in with a smile. He was responsive to our request for more pillows! The foam/ gel pillows are great. The other feather type pillows should be given to people you don’t like. Travis we appreciate it. The hot tub was a relaxing unexpected surprise!!!! The walls between rooms are very thin. The family in the room next to us woke us up! We are enjoying a day at Woodloch Spa, 50min away.

We had a family reunion and reserved several rooms for the event. It was great having everyone together, and in some cases in adjoining rooms. The hotel common spaces were very nice and a convenient way to gather, talk, share photos and take some new photos. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our 4-legged family members too. I only have a couple of minor quibbles. The hotel grounds could use a bit more grassy space. A lot of it is on a sharp incline and my dog was not able to run around there so we drove her to the park about ten minutes away. Also, I wish hotel windows would open to allow fresh air in - that's not unique to this chain, I know.

The hotel is modern and clean. They gave us complimentary water bottles and snacks upon arrival. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a quiet and spacious room as requested. We loved the kitchenette and the sofa-bed so that our teens each had their own bed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner/heater worked well despite being a bit too loud, at least it provided a nice white noise. The shower didn’t have a soap bar so bring your lufa. The soaps smelled nice though. The cable while apparently connected did not work though. We liked that there were plenty of plugs, including USB plugs. The breakfast bar was well stocked with warm and cold options. We enjoyed making fresh waffles.

Rooms are specious and very clean. People at service desk were very nice. Loved complimentary breakfast. They had a lot of choices to pick from. Just wish the jacuzzi was working after cold day of skiing.

I usually try to seek out Hilton properties and decided to give the Home2 Suites brand a shot. So happy I did. Great sincere welcome from Kimberly. She could teach a course on how to give a first lasting impression . The firepit I saw in the background looked so inviting. Hotel was immaculately clean. When I got to my suite I was very happy as well. Everything was clean and in order. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was just right to get me going for the next leg of my vacation. Hilton should be proud of this property.

It was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a good 👍 area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was clean and big and a terrific Free breakfast 🍳🥐 in the morning . Maybe only thing missing is a free 📰🗞️ newspaper. We would definitely stay here again . You won't be disappointed staying here .

The facilities are impeccably clean. Everything is in pristine condition. Easy to get to, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shopping. The room had EVERYTHING you could need - all in all, A great stay!

Hotel is newer and decent with nice deck with fire pits overlooking the valley. Bed was rather uncomfortable. Was not treated well as a Hilton Honers Diamond member and was given a room facing the busy roadway this time rather then the preferred rear facing valley view or any upgrade. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but that would be anyone of these Home2Suites. I think you could use better than the Otis Spunkmeyer muffins though.

All of our usual Hamptons and Embassy suites were booked. Had no other choice but to give this hotel a try. We were extremely satisfied! The breakfast here is even better than the others.
