The snow tubing here is unsafe!!! Staffed by high schoolers who are preoccupied on their phones - they do not enforce any rules! A group of adults crashed into my 4 year old son because there were too many in 1 tube and they did not wait the appropriate amount of time. No one was enforcing these rules. I write this review in the hopes that the resort is held accountable should someone get seriously hurt or injured they should be responsible.

Husband and I really enjoyed our getaway. Good value for room and lift ticket price. Convenient to obtain at same time. Hope to return next season with all of family. Food was reasonably priced and access to restaurants was convenient. Surprised by all the additional activities inside hotel. Great for rainy days or tired kids.

Seven spring mountain resort was a perfect place for families. The room we stayed in was on the 10th floor and it was great. I am particular about where we stay and I would say the room was very clean, spacious, super comfortable beds, smelled good and was quiet, I have nothing negative to say, we were very happy with the entire stay!! I absolutely recommend spending the extra money to be on the top floor. There is so much for kids to do, I recommend bowling it was clean and quaint and so much fun! The skiing was perfect there are so many great runs and not long waits. Good food at the resort and great customer service by all, they were especially efficient for accommodating a large amount of guests. We had a wonderful time and will go back next year.

We absolutely loved our balcony room facing the slopes. The hotel was a bit outdated, but new carpeting could help alot. It didn't matter though. The skiing was great! We ate at Helen's which was probably top 5 of places we've ever eaten. Kudos to the chef. He really made our anniversary dinner feel so special. We also tried clay shooting. It was the first time I've held a shotgun but Sam was our instructor and he took his time and showed us through a successful session. They had a complimentary overnight ski concierge for hotel guests. We even bowled there! It was a great trip.

Seven Springs Resort is my Disney of Ski resorts. We have had nothing nut excellent service and Accommodations. My only suggestion is to have better food selections. Like a health sandwich bar. We have stayed on the Mountain as well and love that too. We recommend Seven Springs to everyone !
