We booked a 1-night stay in two rooms for 4 adults and 4 girls. We had a weekend planned in the Poconos at Split Rock resort but a snowstorm was going to hit Philly which would have disruptive our travel plans. So, after reading the reviews we decided to stay at BW. I never had any issues with BW just a basic clean, affordable hotel. It was very clean and customer service very good. So, one of our teen girls left her school bag with her school laptop. We got a call informing us that we left the bag. Thank you, BW we really appreciate you. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed here on a Thursday and Friday night to enjoy some hiking in the Poconos. The hotel was spotless, located in a safe location and near many places to visit. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. In general, everything was great! The room was clean and the staff were really friendly (particularly Jason at the front desk!). The only issue I had was that the room was frigid. We had the heater running as hot as possible the entire time we were there and the room was still cold. Other than that, I was really happy with the room.

I was trying to give this establishment no stars, however, the site does not allow that. I am writing this review because I stayed at this Best Western 3 times in a four month period. My brother lives approximately 3 miles from this location, so the location is very convenient. The first time I stayed, upon removing the blankets to lay down, I found hair all over the sheets. I proceeded to look around because I was told the room was "sanitized" because of Corona virus, I found more hair in the bathroom as well. I took pictures and went to the front desk person to show them. I tried to be understanding because maybe they were short staffed due to corona, The woman refused to look at the pictures and basically told me I was lying. The next time I stayed the same thing happened, only this time they gave me a discount on my stay. Finally over Thanksgiving I returned to the same location, before my arrival my brother and his wife went to clean the room themselves, again finding hair in the bathroom. During my stay my husband found an old pair of woman's underwear tucked between the night stand and the bed, when I complained I was told there was nothing they could do because I was checking out and upon further complaining I was told if I was unsatisfied with the cleaning I could find another hotel to stay at. Needless to say I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! My entire family and a lot of friends were staying there and due to this as Jason put it I will find another place to stay.…

Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in rep was nice and informative. Covid precautions: masks required and they don't have seating the dining area. Breakfast is grab n go which consists of water bottle, yogurt, bagel, fruit n snack bar. Pool is open but not the sauna (which I wish they would have mentioned on the website when booking). Pros: room was spacious. They still provide housekeeping service. They have a hot chocolate and coffee station near the lobby. Room includes a fridge and microwave. Cons: beds were small, think they're Full size not Queen. The tv was also small and the picture quality wasn't good. Wish the best western app allows you to check in on the app and pick your room.
