I’m not sure where to start, should it be the disgusting room where the previous tenant left their bloody toothpick and pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the un-vacuumed unit as a whole, the non-working heater or the fact my girlfriend got stuck on the elevator that crept up and plunged for 70 minutes without the hotel staff showing an ounce of empathy and complaining, while she’s entombed in a steel box, they could be fined?! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! Oh’ but lets end this with the lazy bleep manager not having the decency to even apologize or contact her after this horrifying event. Do you think they filed a report? Not a chance, but there is a public one now.

We spent a week here while we were in Portland for a hobby convention. It's about a 10 min walk to lightrail and shopping. Room was medium sized but ok for us. There was a good mini-refrigerator. The breakfast and snacks provided for club members were ok. We would have liked a hot breakfast, but what we had was ok. Wifi worked well with no issues. TV was ok. Staff were friendly and helped with travel plans (there's a good sized travel info station). There's a small gift shop too. Airport shuttle was good, and staff helped us print out boarding passes. Given that we were to the side of one of the runways, it was reasonable quiet. Ok fitness center--met my needs.

We recently spent one night at this hotel as we awaited an early morning flight. Our experience was excellent from the very nice and helpful checkin lady, to an exceptionally comfortable and clean room, to a really good dinner at their restaurant, to,a very prompt efficient shuttle service we couldn’t be more pleased. We used Marriott points so I have no idea what the dollar cost was for the room but it would have been worth every penny.

Very comfortable rooms, pleasant front desk staff. Easy shuttle ride to the airport in the early morning hours. Online reservations quite easy to make. Shuttle bus quite full in the morning and the driver was very friendly and accommodating to lots of luggage.

Great hotel. Very close to the airport and shuttle was quick. Restaurant had great service and delicious food. Rooms are clean and large. Had a nice view of the runway to watch the planes go in and out.

This hotel was surprisingly awesome!! My colleagues and I arrived on the hotel shuttle and was checked in quickly. Mary is great!! Extremely professional and helpful. If you visit the Sheraton Portland airport I hope you have a chance to meet Mary. The hotel Is quite, clean and conveniently located to the airport. Great gym and staff. I’ll definitely return.

Hotel is good. Location good. But if you happen to accidentally forget to wear that all important mask, staff will tell you it’s the law!!! Put it on!!! Just what you need after a long days work and flight is to have a staff member yell at you so even in this supposedly haven away from home turns out to be hostile. It’s funny how the person yelling has her mask below her nose wearing “improperly”. This is not the kind of customer service I want when I pay 200 hard earned dollars for my money. So if I were you, and next time I will be, stay some place more friendly.

When you over promise and under deliver you get a room like I had at the Sheraton PDX. I booked a suite and although at a lower rated property you might get away with it. This was a dump. Not clean, a bathtub that didn’t drain, a dumpy room all around. Staff was completely disinterested in my concerns so I felt the need to let others know this hotel will charge you for one thing and give you the least in return. I’m losing faith in Bonvoy and choose accordingly. There are many properties and in the future I will choose them over a Bonvoy product.
