The motel was cheap so I didn't expect much the bathroom and bedsheets were covered in pubic hair and bloody buggers. When I asked for new sheets they eventually agreed . but when I asked for a fitted under sheet I was told this ain't the Hilton lol

Old, dirty, nasty, and whatever you can think of similar to this category. Do yourself a favor and go to a motel 6 or come try it out for a night before a prolonged stay. As I am writing this a train just came wizzing by lol. Horrible place.

We booked a non-smoking room and when we got into our room, it reeked of cigarettes and none of the light switches worked, light bulbs were missing and had cig ash on the beds... I can go on but not worth it. Train goes by every hour and you leave smelling and feeling like a chainsmoker. We can laugh about it now... we survived.

We booked a non-smoking room through priceline. We were charged by priceline and brought our printed receipt with us. When we arrived we were made to wait several minutes before being told that our reservation could not be found. Our presented receipt was not accepted. We were told that they only had smoking rooms left, We asked to see one and they refused saying, again, they could not find our reservation. I left my husband there to try to straighten it out while I went up the street to see if another hotel had a room. I found one and when I returned we were still being refused a room. When I called priceline, I entered hell. 9 escalated phone calls. 7 phone calls to Budget Inn. An email from priceline executive office. No refund. The reason? In one instance, the Budget Inn lied to priceline to tell them they had offered us a room and we refused. The Budget Inn went further to tell priceline that we did stay there. The Budget Inn charged priceline. Even though priceline had a record of the two separate lies, priceline sided with Budget Inn. I will never use either again.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been robbed, by HOTWIRE!!! The hotel was the worst I have ever seen. So Dirty that the carpets looked as the floor of the slaughter house, it was full of bugs, smelly, it was supposed to be 'smoke free' and believe me, it was as bad as if somebody was smoking right there. And if it was not enough, the beds were deformed. And of course I didn't hesitate to leave immediately. As of today, I will never, ever book any travel needs with HOTWIRE and I will tell everybody I know about my experience. And believe me, I preferred to sleep in my car, with my wife and kids, rather than stay in this garbage dump. I really do not care about the money that was taken from me. But what surprises me is the fact that HOTWIRE deals with this kind of establishments, which by the way, tells me exactly what kind of company it is, And as for the hotel owners, SHAME ON YOU!!!!
