So my account Google account was used to book rooms here and as soon as I saw charges to my account, I called this motel. I told them I didn't make these reservations and he refused to refund the charges because a third party app was used. I contacted the third part app and They informed me that the management team said they would reverse the charges. Later that night, I received an email saying that they were not refunding the 150.00 because I no showed on the reserved dates without canceling. I am at a complete loss. Cancel reservations someone else made and I did not know about until my card was charged. What really kills me about it all is the fact that I had just borrowed the money taken out of my account from my boss. Money borrowed so I could take my infant daughter to see a specialist that is located 5 hours from where I live. I barely made it back with the gas money I had left. I has to take out a payday loan since thet refuses to reverse charges. I have worked for motels before and I know that reversing the charges for these nights was more than doable. Especially when the motel canceled the reservations themselves after nobody showed and rented the rooms out to other guests. It just feels horrible.…

This little motel is immaculately clean and quiet. Everything, even the parking lot, was spotless. Efficient check-in. Our room was updated decor. Nice proximity to airport. Everything in room in working order. We were blown away by cleanliness and updated decor. Cleaner than other way more expensive places we have stayed.

This is our go-to place to stay when we are in Portland. We have family living in Portland and when we visit, this is where we stay. It is close to the airport, Costco and I84. We can get anywhere we need quickly.

Needed a clean safe place to stay the night before flying out of PDX. Based on low price my expectations were very modest. Nordic Inn vastly surpassed my expectations. Very clean. Recently renovated. Room was large with a kitchenette. Room was quiet & bed was comfy. Def worth the very reasonable room rate. Thx for a great stay!

Stayed here for one night and my room was extremely clean and comfortable. Check-in was efficient -- not super-friendly but efficient. The person at the front desk was not wearing a mask, so if you're an immuno-compromised guest, that might be a deal-breaker. I lowered my "service" rating on that count. Room had small coffee-maker, refrigerator... no freezer, which would have been useful to re-freeze my cooler's ice-bottles. My room was pretty close to the street but once I closed the door it was quiet. Overall place was quite good.

Very good, clean motel. Felt safe. The front desk very helpful. The Internet was fast. The location was great too - close to Portland and to Columbia River Gorge! Pity there was ongoing construction next door, so no sleeping in!

I needed a place to quietly escape my noisy neighbors for a day or two. This gem was an excellent find. Easily accessed from I-205, if you're flying in PDX is 5 min. away. Downtown is less than 20 min. But the clean comfort! You'll want to order food delivery and enjoy the quiet refuge in this recently remodeled motel inn.

This is my third stay at Nordic Inn and it’s always been pleasant each time. Staff are friendly and check in and out if fast. Rooms are cozy and reasonably priced for your staff. Not much close by but a few restaurants options in the area, which is really quiet.

Classic, clean, affordable family-run motel. Close, easy access to Portland airport and excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, nice table with 2 chairs in the single queen room which was nice. We have stayed twice and will stay again when in the area.

This place is great, easy to find, the rooms are large and clean. Also some breakfast bits you can pick up in the morning, cereal bars, danish pastry and hot drinks. Its quite noisy around here, as its on a main road, but it wasn't really a problem. Its easy to get public transport into Portland from here, and easier than taking the car.
