The Front Desk person helped me with my accommodations at 10:30pm at night. I had book the wrong hotel and she found me a room. At 10:30pm, I was very grateful. I was also very tired and she really made sure I was okay. I will saty here again for sure. Thank you

a couple of factors made this stay a little difficult for us. While in theory the property follows most of Hilton's covet 19 guidelines, the staff all seem to wear their masks down under their chins. I do not understand how you can think wearing a mask without covering your nose and mouth is going to help anyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable but I recommend you get a room on the backside of the hotel away from Northeast airport parkway The noise runs all night and neither I or my husband got any sleep.

This brand is a great. I was able to upgrade to a room which had the adjustable mattress so I could adjust the bed to be a little more firm. THIS IS A GREAT BONUS! Hotel staff were great and recognized Diamond status. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to stay there.

Front desk associate was arrogant and seemed to be inconvenience by me checking in, when question was asked he rolled his eyes. We witnessed him talking to other guest and he responded the same. He was there only for a check, he parked his brown Toyota in the under-hang along with other employees it was hard to dive thru. The night employees parked in Diamond member parking so diamond guest had to find other spots to park. Sugar in the breakfast area stayed on the floor for 4 days no swept or mopped the lobby area the entire time. Hall ways were not vacuumed during our stay we asked a maid for room service she informed us not her side ask someone else.

Housekeeping never comes during a 6 day stay so you have to find them to get clean towels, soap, coffee, etc. Shower did not drain so you stood in 3 inches of water. Leaky bath faucet. TV remote didn't work and staff did not know where to locate batteries. Staff seemed apathetic when voicing concerns...blamed everything on Covid even though we were not in a lockdown.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and wanted to like this property for Park and Fly. I was previously using the Radisson for Park and Fly, but thought I would try the Hilton. The Park and Fly process was very smooth, but no better than the Radisson. In my opinion this property is a disgrace to the Hilton brand. On my outbound trip, I was kept awake throughout the night by the AC compressor knocking. Upon my return after arriving at 1AM, I was kept awake by persons above stomping around until 230 then starting again at 630. The ceilings, walls and floors are paper thin. Apparently, soundproofing was not a consideration in building design. The rooms are dated and tired looking with worn furnishings. The bathrooms, though clean, were a dingy 1970's brown. And the lack of a functioning restaurant is a further deterrent to staying here. They have some limited breakfast service, but due to my flight schedules it was never open or available to me. On my outbound, when I checked in, the very helpful front desk person kindly provided some yoghurt so that I would have something before my 0430 departure. On my return stay at night the front desk person was also nice, and approved a later checkout time due to my late arrival. After a poor night sleep, I went down at 1020 in search of coffee and yogurt. I asked the front desk person if they had any yogurt. She curtly informed me "We have what we have. If you had come down by 1000, the restaurant would have been open." She pointed to some granola bars and cupcakes with price tags, and an espresso machine with a big sign saying "Coffee is Not Free." This was it for me with this property.

Dear "Susamf1111", Please accept my sincere apology for not living up to your valid expectations. It comes as a great disappointment to us that your stay/experience was unsatisfactory. Although nearly an impossible task to guarantee a noise-free environment, I hope you would have notified the front-desk at the time of your uncomforting experience to allow us to find a solution. Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any Team Member know, and we will make it right. We are going to be undertaking a complete remodel of our guest rooms sometime next month (fingers crossed) We're sorry to hear you won't be staying with us in the future. As an Honors Diamond Member you are among our most valued guest. I hope that you will continue to choose Hilton for your travels. Maybe you will consider us again when we have upgraded. If there is anything I can do for you at this time please reach out to me directly. Sincerely, Deja J. Front Desk Supervisor Hilton Garden Inn PDX

We traveled to visit family in Oregon and used the Portland airport. We stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn the night after our flight landed and again the night before our morning flight home. Both stays allowed us to use contactless check-in, a digital key, and during one visit we enjoyed the cook-to-order breakfast.

This HGI did not live up to the standards of other HGI hotels I stayed at. We choose HGI because we are expecting a certain level of quality and thus one disappointed. Dirty, old, TV did not work, no toilet paper, bed had stains. The main issue was there was a sign at the front door asking guests to wear masks in all public areas but the staff was not wearing masks.

Firstly, this is COVID-times and I appreciate that the hotel may be low on staff. The staff that is here are doing their very best, so I want to acknowledge them. Also, amenities are lacking due to COVID, I assume.

But the general facility quality is not up to the rates being charged, nor the standard I’ve seen at other Hilto Garden In properties. The room (337) is quiet but a bit shabby. The bed is squeaky, the room lights are horrible blue-cast LEDs (I like the use of LEDs but jeez, the light from these bulbs is harsh.) I skipped using the shower. I didn’t use the tv.

Again, I want to acknowledge the staff for doing their best with a dated facility. They did have a business center, but I didn’t use it.

The lobby and breakfast area were new and clean but not the room and halls. We had a suite and it was small. The door to the room did not shut unless really pushed so be careful leaving the room. Breakfast was pretty good with COVID limitations in place. You could get a grab and go or eggs, potatoes and Bacon/sausage. You ordered and they brought it out. You could get orange juice and bacon with either option. Mary Ann was very pleasant serving breakfast. We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and one on the return. The last night they did not have the room we reserved so we had a regular room. Hotel is near restaurants. The last night two or the 4 lights in bathroom were burned out making it very dark. There was an option to have dinner at the hotel also but we went out.

There is a convenience store less than a block away and many fast-food and restaurants close by. There is a LARGE shopping center closer to the airport that has just about anything needed and there is breakfast and dinner available at the hotel.

Yes, we do. The price varies depending on the date and they are limited due to parking space. It includes seven days of parking and extra days are charged at five dollars a day. The package is called Park n' Flight.
