Will definitely be back and will be finding public parkingIt's in a perfect location sandwiched exactly between the Pearl District and Downtown, plenty of options well within walking distance, and easy-in easy-out vehicle access via the one-way-grid that is Portland.
Some areas for future improvement: - For a brand that emphasizes thoughtful touches, it'd be nice if they offer some kind of complimentary breakfast option, even if it's a cold grab and go breakfast.The Canopy is right in the middle of Portland's hip Pearl District, a few minutes' walk to Powell's books and close to the district's many amazing restaurants.
Surrounded by cool shops and restaurants, Ace Portland is definitely the better choice to stay in town. Rooms are well designed and large for its class. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant on the ground floor...
They do have offer complimentary breakfast and that, I felt, could be better.If you request a late check out, get the desk clerk to write a message to the next shift to convey the fact to the cleaning staff. Being this review has to be at least two hundred word, I will wax on.
