My wife and I spent an overnight here, in anticipation of our flight out the next day. This hotel is clean, convenient, provides shuttle service to the airport, and really close to many dining options. Super comfortable bed, spacious room, all the little amenities you'd expect. I want to give a shout out to the young fella at the front desk, Jarrod. Jarrod was cheerful, personable, and very helpful. He arranged for their shuttle to pick me up at the rental car return place, provided me directions to the rental car return, and recommended a good and close restaurant for our dinner. Very good customer service, thank you Jarrod. Highly recommended.

Clean, updated hotel with friendly staff. We were right by PDX airport and in the jet path of departing planes. Obviously this means it's not always quiet. However we knew this when we booked because our objective was to be close to the airport for a very early flight. The actual hotel itself was a quiet and comfortable environment.

Great location for you to stay when you need to be by an airport. This Best Western has a comfortable atmosphere welcoming lobby... The room was awesome! Quiet. Loved this place! To bad I only stayed the night I'd be game to stay 2 weeks!!

We were in Portland 12/28/22-12/31/22 and this one was close to the airport and other parts of Portland. (Portland is not that big) We enjoy staying at Best Western Plus anywhere we go for the convenience (free breakfast, free parking, etc.) 2 Queen bed room was very spacious with fridge/freezer, microwave, tv, coffee maker. Breakfast was ok. Omelette, sausage, bacon, myo waffle, fruits, toast, juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, biscuit & gravy. You need the room key to enter the building. We didn't see any homeless people around and felt safe. Service was good. Everyone was friendly. We got extra towels & lotion sent to our room as soon as we called the front desk.

The hotel was easy to find. All staff members had great customer service. Just minutes from the airport. Room was very spacious, clean, with very comfortable bed. Had the cold portion of the complimentary breakfast. It had a nice assortment of choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

The BW by the Portland airport is convenient to the airport. I did not use their shuttle but, I saw they had one. Breakfast was good and there is a sports bar you can walk to that has a good menu and drinks.

This hotel is claiming to be a non smoking hotel (I only stay at nonsmoking hotels), since I do not smoke, ever! In the morning the bathroom smelled like smoke. We reported that to the front desk who stated it might have traveled through the ductwork from somewhere else over night. A few days later I was charged $300 without notice by the hotel for having smoked in the room. They claim to have evidence in form of a cigarette butt on the bedroom floor. I worked for a hotel management company for many so I know the importance of checking for bed bugs before occupying a room. Which I also did at this property. I would have seen any cigarette butts on the floor when looking for bed bugs. This means that the “evidence” that the property claim to have, was planted… The manager on duty at this property during the time I stayed is running a fraudulent operation.…

My daughter and I recently found ourselves stuck in Portland overnight due to bad airport connections. I was very pleased with this hotel. Virtuous helpful staff. The shuttle service was awesome, both ways, in particular, Paris, our driver was fabulous, engaging and very accommodating. The room was spacious, comfy beds, and a very delicious breakfast included in the price. Should I find yourself in Portland near the airport… stay here. It was perfect for what we needed.

The room was very clean and roomy enough. The location is very good if using the Airport. The area seems to be in a clean and safe location which is a big plus. The staff, (I was only able to find a staff member one time) which was at check in was very friendly. Could not find anyone since then. I figure they must have a staffing shortage. I WOULD stay here again.
