I only stayed in this hotel for one night. Room was clean. The breakfast offered in the morning required more attention as the room is small and there were many guests. Choices were running short. Kids at the buffet had left messes. Tables needed to be cleaned. There are no vending machines. There are some choices for drinks offered behind the front desk for purchase. This hotel should have a vending machine available for guests.

The hotel is right of the freeway and fairly close to the airport, many restaurants and stores. They offer free parking, wifi and a breakfast in the morning for all guest. Customer service was top notch at the front desk. The rooms are large, the beds comfy and provide for a good nights sleep. The only downside was the walls are a little thin where you can hear the conversation in the room next door.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel itself kind of had a funk that was embedded in the carpet or something, can't really say that we got used to the odor at all. Our room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke if the air wasn't left on when we left for the day. The blanket had a cigarette burn through it and since the odor was in the wall of the room, I'm sure it must've just recently been converted to a non-smoking room. There was a nasty dried up snot booger dried into the ceiling by the window...really gross. There were no vacant rooms at the time we arrived so there was no point in complaining. The husband and I don't spend much time in our room when we're vacationing so just as long as there's a place for us to lay down and shower, we're pretty set. As I said previously, the staff was really friendly and I'm sure if we would have complained they would have taken care of us. The hotel is conveniently located behind a gas station. Starbucks and the Max train station are approximately a mile up the road. Continental breakfast served every morning...We got a killer deal staying here for $35 bucks a night so I can't really complain too much. You get what you pay for.

Hotel gave gave us a good deal for 4nights when our car got stuck on the main road. The staff team was really sweet during check in and responded immediately to additional needs throughout our stay. There was fresh coffee for us in the lobby and breakfast bags with banana, yogurt, peanut bar, raisin bar, donut and bottle of water. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a hotel with excellent hospitality with kind and socialized staff members. Thank you Sure stay.

Had to stay here for 2 weeks due to a house fire and we were well taken care of. Staff was great, room was comfortable and they accommodated our dogs. I might suggest trying to get a room on the back of the building so you don't have the noise from the McDonald's drive through... but it really wasn't bad enough to make us change rooms.

Our room was small, smelt strong of smoke. Sheets had cigarette burns, our TV screen was bad and our sink drained very very slow. We even had a burned out light in our bathroom which we changed ourselves.

Pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see your feet.Yuck!

Thin walls so could here other customers beside and above us and people walking and running in the halls and closing doors.

Not given any extra towels so in the morning when I asked for more, I was told that I would have to come get them. She acted like I was bothering her - wow really?

Topper - My daughter was wrongly blamed for the noise ( we were in her room) by the lady next door. and when she told the office clerk this "Stephanie" she said that it didn't matter, she had charged the kids across the hall as well. Hmm didn't matter that she hadn't done anything Stephanie wouldn't listen to her and charged her the extra $50 anyway, and said that because there was a complaint against her, even though it was false, she could not stay at their place again. Really!!!! Like her or anyone of us would even WANT to stay there again!!!!!!!!

This was a surprise they failed to inform us of during Reserving or at check in, though they did point to a small plaque on the wall when questioned about it. They said it was their Standard practice for all. The hold fell off 3 days later, a little unnerving for a couple of Seniors. Otherwise, the accommodations was a basic budget room. Will not likely revisit.

The first thing we noticed was no lighted parking area then there were no automatic doors which made it difficult to unload. When we found our room I noticed all the doors on the 4th floor were beat up. In the room we were affraid to take our shoes off because of the filthy floor I also found trash and cigarette ashes behind the end table. The lamp and over head lights were out. When I got home I had some kind of bug bites on both forearms. Stay here at your own risks!
