Super clean hotel with a great staff! Would definitely stay there again. Easy walking distance to dinner choices and Dutch Bros coffee! I booked this reservation on their website and a very kind gentleman helped me to easily resolve a reservation issue that I had. Perfect!
Clean, comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast included and very sweet/helpful hotel managers. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of foods at the continental breakfast. Bring bottled water as the water tastes a little off.
We have stayed several times at Travelodge suites. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding are comfortable; the rooms are clean. We appreciate being able to open the window for fresh air. Breakfast offers a nice selection of items.
Everyone there is super nice and will go above and beyond to accommodate someone! Kery is very friendly and has the best converstaions during breakfast! Best breakfast attendant! The room was clean and the pool was nice as well! Would definitely stay here again! :)
Our room was booked in advance 199.44 with tax. We expected to pay an additional 20 dollars for the dog. When we arrived the nonsmoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Two of our party members get migraines from cigarette smoke. We asked for another room. We were told “we can’t control what our guests do in our rooms” and were told there were no other dog rooms and we couldn’t use a non dog room. We were told the best western had a king room available which was managed by the same company. We took the king room but the manager wouldn’t let us have it at the 199.4 rate “because you didn’t book ahead and this is a last minute reservation”. We explained what happened at travelodge. BW’s manager (also the manager of travelodge) would not help us. There were four of us for a king bed (only king rooms are dog friendly?) they charged for a rollaway and said we couldn’t have 2. We sent the rollaway back when we remembered we had a queen air bed with us but had a miserable nights sleep for 305 dollars at best western on an air bed. Our whole party has vowed never to use travelodge or best western ever again because of the inflexibility of not allowing us to use a double queen room because of our dog. (Dog is a 10 pound Maltese that is considered hypoallergenic because of lack of shedding and dander. We have never heard her bark and she wears diapers in hotels and slept in a kennel). A couple of things would have helped make our stay better. If travelodge had been more flexible on their dog policy or offered to deodorized the room for us. OR if best western had offered a double queen or let us have a rollaway at no cost or especially if they had discounted our rate down to what we were paying at travelodge. Both hotels called the manager (the person managed both travelodge and BW) but neither front desk person could get the manager to accommodate our needs. We blame the manager for our miserable night and for the extra 100 dollars we had to pay out of our travel budget. …
Stayed two nights here. The room was spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and they supply plenty of towels. Shower had great water pressure. The continental breakfast is a plus, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and would stay here again.
We stayed for 1 night in Newberg to attend an airshow in McMinneville the next day. The hotel is small, but we were blown away by the quality of the room (double queen). It was nice and clean, the staff was awesome and helpful with anything and everything. They made sure that breakfast, though just continental, was going well and repeatedly checked to make sure you were doing well. Just really thankful and my 7 yo son said he loved the pool and enjoyed it a lot.
Clean and convenient - no this is not a "5 star" hotel, yet it was really good. The service was even better. The staff in the breakfast area are operator/manager(s) and they really care about the customer(s). Overall great experience. They could probably reduce the pricing for the level of hotel, yet everything is expensive.....so we saved some money and don't feel like we settled too much.
My stay was enjoyable the room was clean tidy and staff was quite nice. Breakfast was ok. The locality is perfect. Was close to all I needed close to George Fox University also only a half hour away from Portland
The place is ok. I think a bit high in price, but everything else is worse. NO ELEVATOR, but they have 2 floors. Decent continental breakfast, but it closes at 8:30a. Room was nice & big (2 Queens). Round toilet, not elongated for us guys. (And now I’ve qualified for the 200 min characters)
