I've stayed in other motels nearby, but not again because this place is the clear winner. Several staff members went out of their way to accommodate myself and family members staying in adjacent rooms when we wanted to have our continental breakfasts together. I'll be back again for sure.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with good shower and nothing broken. Laminate wood floors throughout hotel so no dirty, smelly, germ-infested carpets! Small outdoor pool, and a parking garage. Conveniently located just off the Interstate Highway and on a main road near many restaurants and businesses. I would definitely stay there again.

I ran into a glitch because of illness with a third-party booking agent. The booking agent refused to work with me after I had to cancel my reservation. Frustrated, I called the hotel directly and explained the situation. Jim and the staff at the hotel were immediately and completely helpful. The matter was completely resolved, and I ended up staying at the Inn. I don’t understand negative reviews of this hotel. I have now stayed there more than several times, and I’ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The facility is always impeccably, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The only possible negative is the location near a major highway, but you were going to run into that at most places you stay. I will be forever grateful for my most recent experience with this hotel, and highly recommend it. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed on 1st floor and our room definitely had a stench of cigarette smoke. The bedspread had holes in it. My daughter's room across from us was worse. The room was clean and had fresh towels and good products. The sign on the front door said 100% non-smoking hotel but it should be qualified as former smoking hotel. The owner should invest more money to change furnishings and carpets to claim 100% status.

I checked in and left for work. When I came back the power was out which was no fault to the hotel. The power came on at about 2 am. I went to turn on the heater and discovered the unit was broken. I talked with a manager "Jessie " while I was checking out. Tried to explain him and the problem and also tried to get him to even go look and see what the problem was. The power button had been ripped out of the heater. He said he would go look later and leaned back up against the wall. Didn't ask what room so I could tell he really could care less. He said I should have said something at 2am. The hotel was sold out and there was no other rooms as I had already asked about a different room after I laid on the bed and discovered how uncomfortable it was. I wouldn't stay at this place again if it was free. Uncomfortable, horrible customer service from management.

We came in from Denver for a 2 night stay. Here for a surprise birthday party for my husbands sister.
It looked sketchy coming into the parking lot and it just got worse from there.
The hallways are dimly lit and feel unsafe. The room?!? Ugh things were broken, the bed cover had several holes in it, the ottoman was ripped, and while the hotel says it’s non smoking, the smell of smoke was so strong.
The jacuzzi tub was dirty and the toilet wouldn’t flush. It took us less than 30 min. to decide to leave. Then as we did we saw that this establishment was nestled between an adult video store and and adult book store. We both feel like we need to shower after being there for 1/2 hour.
Drove down the highway to the courtyard Marriott. Got a 1 bdrm suite for $20 less a day!

Don’t stay here.

Me and my husband got placed in this hotel after hitting hard time we had to ask for help and a social services placed us in this hotel . So we where greatful till we meet Scott who is the hotel asst manager . The hotel was great a little older and most the workers where great but the hotel had allot of people under the influence. People taking and selling narcotics everywhere. And it was obvious and I found out why this hotel was like this. one day I had a few things missing from my room so I go down to the front desk and Scott was working I tried to talk to him about my things but he kept nodding off he was clearly under the influence and it was terrible like some thing u see online so I took a video of it. He would be talking then next thing u know his standing there nodding off right in the middle of a conversation . I kept having to get his attention and when I brought up stuff missing in my room he exploded and yelled at me and threatened to kick me out. I went back up to my room and got a call from scott I was being evicted .I was shocked I talk to other guest and found out this is normal Scott stays at the hotel and has a friend who stays here to. his friend just got caught stealing food from in front of a door of a single mother and the guy is still living there I get kicked out for a question . I'm guessing Scott makes his friend keys to people rooms they go in there rooms and steal things when the people go out .Im safe now in a way better place but some one needs to intervene cause this is a good hotel with one bad apple and it's spoiling the bunch.

This hotel seemed like a great deal at first .first few nights where wounderful the staff was great Scott who was from England was funny and nice then Jay at night was sweet and helpful. And I talked to there manager singing there praise then on our last night every thing changed. but our last night I came down and went n grabbed some thing from my car and went back up to our room and my key to my room didn't work .so came down stairs to get a new key . And two obviously homeless people where sitting in the lobby and front desk work was no where to be found. I really didn't feel safe I picked up the phone near the front desk like a sign at the front desk said to do and finally a guy ( a different Scott ) answered and sounded like he just woke up . Scott then comes out the rest room and was obviously sleeping or high I couldn't tell .but this guy working the front desk was sleeping in his car in the parking lot just a few hours ago I brought it up to a house keeper which I don't know if they under stood me when I told them .but now his working the front desk so he made me a key I ran back upstairs to our room where my husband was cause I did not feel safe at this hotel any more . We checked out early the next morning and when we checked out the same guy Scott was working and had to call him on that phone again n he was in the bathroom again he didn't have breakfast out n it was 6:15 he mumbled he was running late which was no problem cause we ate our first two days here but didn't really trust breakfast now .

We intended on staying four days, but the tourney was cancelled. The staff were very nice about it. Your nighttime morning guy has a great sense of humour. What super friendly service. The tables and all surfaces are cleaned as people leave the tables at breakfast. The building and rooms are super clean and spacious. The outside looks a little old but inside is amazing.

Clean and comfortable. A little overkill on the scent of the cleaning products.
Disappointed that there were no pancakes as indicated there would be for breakfast. 😢
Otherwise, not too bad. Quiet, midweek stay.
