We chose this hotel because of it's location, it was a good stopping point in our travels, right off of the freeway. Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, safe parking. The only negative to this property was the overwhelming smell of cleanser. Would stay here again.

First let me compliment the entire staff. The service is excellent from checkin, morning breakfast, house keeping, always has cookies and water at the front desk, etc. We were here for 6 nights and 4 years ago we were here for about the same time. Yes the rooms are a little small (we were in 425) especially the bathroom and balancing the coffee maker on the tiny bathroom sink because that’s the only place there was a plug, is not a great idea. I had a $5,000 bicycle with me and was able to park it in the room which was a real blessing. We are on an 8 week road trip and this was week 7 and was the first Hilton Property with fresh berries for the morning breakfast so that sure was a nice change. The bed was great with lots of pillows and the hallways were mostly quiet. The view was nice too. So I would give this Hampton 5 stars for service and location and 3 to 4 stars for the room. So definitely a nice 4 star experience and we will stay here again.

I would have given this and excellent review except I had a problem with a dirty floor; everything else was excellent. The price was very reasonable, the room was clean and well appointed, and the staff was very friendly. In particular, since this was during Covid-19, the hotel still had a free full breakfast buffet with the staff making plates as you selected items and doing it in a very friendly manner. The issue with the floor was that when I stepped in the shower, there wewre dirty footprints. They did clean it but it did not take the whole issue away. It may have something to do with the type of machine they are using on the carpet. IN any case, I would recommend them.

I came to Portland for a Marine Corps Funeral at Willamette Cemetery. The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. It must have been a remodel of a Motel 6, I could almost touch the wall from either side of the bed. I could have read a newspaper through the sheets they were so thin and worn out. The hallways and room had a terrible odor, I imagine from pets. They ought to not put people without pets in pet friendly rooms. I made a reservation for 2, although it only ended up being just myself thank the Lord. I had friends staying there or I would have found a cleaner and better hotel. the carpets and furniture all had spots and were not clean. I could have read a newspaper through the sheets they were so thin and worn out. I actually slept with some of my clothes on so I did not have to touch the bedding. Being a Hilton Honors member means nothing at all in price, amenities or service. I was a late arrival and an early departure and the third shift night hostess was pleasant but the rest of the front desk staff were not helpful and seemed to care less. Very over priced and although they said I got a military rate I do not believe that was so. It was no different or higher than that advertised. Find another hotel, run my Marriott. The breakfast was a typical motel breakfast and it was fine. The bathroom appeared clean.

Everything about this was amazing. My bed was comfortable, my shower was big, so many extra towels & room for clothes and accessories. Mini fridge & microwave. They have so much variety for breakfast. (Always had waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, smoothies, coffee, OJ, apple juice cranberry juice, water, hard boiled eggs, and bagels) something different every day as the main dish and there are 3 of those every day. Great location by the highway, but quiet. Close to outside food, grocery store, and a liquor store.

Poor hotel with electrical problems in plugs and mold in shower. Food in breakfast ran out by 0900 and staff did not know what to do Juice was colored water not juice. Tables were not cleaned and failed our COVID plan. High price for a small room.

The room was too small to wheel-in the luggage cart. There are no closets, only a couple of hooks on the wall either side of the window, using the draperies to cover your hanging clothes. They had some small baskets for your clothes instead of actual dresser drawers. My husband and I were to stay for 4 nights and were very disappointed in small room. The beds were comfortable, the employees very nice, the breakfast was good. But the tiny room ruined it! And, our window looked out at a wall. two-thirds of our window view saw a wall only 10 feet away. Wonderful! No towel bars to dry towels on, no counter space to use in the bathroom, etc. The listing I based my hotel selection on said the rooms were 400 sq ft. No... more like 200. I have now lost all respect for the Hampton brand and may never stay in one again.

The man that checked us in and out was kind
We were VERY disappointed with the mold throughout the hotel!
The lobby and hallways on the main level were so strong that my family got sick. We opened the door to our room on the 3rd floor and were hit hard with moldy heavy air.
We were tired and very disappointed that now we were sit in in the parking lot trying to find another place to stay

Very clean room, but too small and cramped.
The breakfast was very good. I have had many complimentary breakfasts at many hotels and the Hampton Inn has one of the best.
The queen beds were firm, only I recommend you bring your own pillow, if you don’t like the over stuffed variety.
But over large pillows are common at every hotel.
I would stay there again.

My cousin and I were in town for a three day weekend to attend a wedding close by. We were greeted by a really nice man when we checked in and all of the employees were friendly and accommodating. The room looked new, with two comfortable queen beds. The best part was our room was so quiet. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Coffee, bottled water, cookies, and fruit were always available downstairs. This was the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at and I would highly recommend.

We do not have a pool, but we do have an indoor family-sized hot tub available for guest use. The hours for the hot tub are 5 am - Midnight daily.
Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle service for our location. Uber and Lyft both operate in the Portland area, as well as taxi services, and our mass transit system of buses and light rail trains TriMet.
We are a non-smoking hotel.
Good day, we are a Hampton Inn. Not a Hampton Inn and suites, so we have rooms with a single King or with 2 Queen beds. we just had all the windows replaced so the soundproofing is amazing!
YES we do have a large selection of both Hot and Cold options. Hot items would be -eggs- bacon- ham- sausage- turkey sausage- potatoes and gravy. Also, Fresh kettle made oatmeal and toppings and waffles. Additionally is fresh cut fruits and yogurt and many assorted breads and pastries and muffins. Milk and juice and coffee and tea to drink.
