Clean room and comfortable beds. Front desk staffer, Dakota, was very personable and informative. Breakfast was not what I would normally expect, but that is most likely due to COVID-19. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I have noticed their room price is $74 online and they charged my credit card $115 upon calling hotel the clerk refused to give me name of the person who stole my credit card immediately i have to call my card company and local PD for more investigation cuz the staff and manager don't care at all even after several weeks i didn't any call at all from management team shame on you who is running this Hilton property train your staff better

Everyone we spoke with was attentive and friendly. Only three stars due to below: - There were people checking in with no masks on and the staff did not say anything to enforce (despite signs everywhere). We stood in line behind them. - Overall hotel needs a refresh but was tidy - Hotel room appeared tidy and clean but bathroom sink was super clogged and backed up. Didn’t feel very sanitary. - As we were leaving a bug crawled over my daughters bag. We checked beneath mattresses and saw nothing ... could be because hotels aren’t being used as much as before but was gross. I shared the above with the front desk and they were very responsive and apologetic.

I have been to lot of hotel around year i have never been disappointed before but this place is disgusting changing price every other days i think hilton have to train this people again so they know what they are doing housekeeping people knocking on door even i put DND sign on my door when i complained about it they says people put it on door and check out so i am really sorry about it really ? i dont recommend this hampton total garbage spend your money somewhere else they have lot of options like holiday inn casino hotel or other town
