Good and peaceful stop off before travelling on. The staff (Ian) was very helpful and professional. Happy to stay again. The parking is free and secure. No road noise from the main road. I must admit that the hotel is not obvious from the road. The sign is not lit enough to see.

Excellent value for money, comfortable bed, plenty of free parking. Only minor gripe was some road noise, but it didn't adversely affect my stay. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception, with nothing too much trouble for them.

We stayed for a one night stop en route. We arrived in the dark, and was greeted by a friendly person on the front desk, he was very helpful. The room was clean, and comfortable, we had a lovely undisturbed sleep . There was plenty of parking, we’d definitely visit again

I and boys rated this hotel as 5 🌟, We really enjoyed staying in it for the last Two days. LUCY as the Line Manager was super Helpful Kindful too Can't wait to come back again 👏.. And it has also come to my attention that not only the hotel is out standing but the employees in it aswell because when people arrive from journeys they are always so greeting and not to mention that their work is just amazing and we appreciate everything they have done.

Took me ages to find the place as satnav kept putting on the A1 motorway. When I did manage to find it, there was no food anywhere. In the room the Dirty carpet put me off and there was lots of small flies in the bathroom. Wouldn’t stay there again…

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and all advertised services were provided. I had to extend my stay by an extra day due to car troubles and the staff could not have been more helpful. A perfect experience.

Great room, fabulous staff. Whether on the phone or at the hotel itself the staff are always happy to help. We have seen Sian the most and we have got to know her and always have a little chat. The staff are very hard working and pleasant. The room was very clean, very comfy and very quiet.
