Dated hotel, but with some beautiful decorative features. Very comforable accomodation & very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Slightly out of the way, from town centre, which easily accessible via local transport. Would certainly stop here again.

we visit Burnley every couple of months to visit relatives, after trying a number of local hotels we came across the Rosehill House, after our first stay we had great service from the friendly staff we won`t go anywhere else.
