Extremely friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Staying in the disabled room, and everything was spotless, however no grab rails in the bathroom, made showering difficult for me, and we did mention this to the manager on departure for future disabled guests. Would certainly love to stay here again one day if the chance ever came. Good food and perfect location for capturing great sun going down pictures.

Excellent food and coffee, service a bit disjointed, but still very friendly, feel that the staff could be more attentive, apart from the service an excellent choice of everything from the kitchen, disappointed there were no mussels available

The service time was terrible. Seated with our visiting little nephews at 7.40 and they didn't get their meal until 9 o'clock. Cold starters for my partner and I and mains had been clearly standing waiting. We have enjoyed good food here in the past but the last couple of times the service time has been poor. Not sure what's going on as the restaurant was not full. I will think twice before I book again. Lots of nice places in Whitstable to eat with better food and service.

We had a standard sea view room which was very well equipped & extremely clean. Even though the weather was hot, the room was cool & we didn't need to use the air-con.The bed was very comfortable & the view from our window was good. The Sky Wifi was extremely slow & very cumbersome signing in procedure every time we used our device! We had a meal in the main restaurant, which was very good, but unfortunately the service was very slow. The breakfast the following morning was again very good, but again rather slow. We often come here for lunch & the service is always on the slow side.
