Staff are lovely car parking wow no rules at all awesome!! Our room nice and spacious. But we did have problems. Let's make this quick. Just 2 pillows for 2 people without any spares. Had to use our motorcycle jackets to prop our pillows up really poor nights sleep. Hotel didn't leave any coffees or tea the hot chocolate so anything we did ask staff at extremely friendly and attentive. I mean this guy was just the friendliest guy you could meat. Neither of us slept well despite the fact that we had a really nice room which is have what we need on the bed to have a decent night's sleep in every other Premier Inn have ever stayed in they have spare pillows in / on to top of the walldrobe. We also did not get a spare cover we really did get the most basic of basic and this hotel can get quite expensive we saw the prices at over £100 at one point in the day so we would have been even more disappointing if we have paid that and stayed here. I don't know if I can recommend this hotel maybe it's just a one-off then but regardless we did not have a good day.

Hotel's Favourite
Premier Inn always has the basics such as body and hand wash, towels, tea and coffee facilities in the room, tv and charging ports, a comfy bed and all at an affordable price. - The location of this premier Inn is approx a 7 minute drive to Whitstable and and Tankerton beach so it is a great stay location for local tourism and visits. - Staff at the hotel were polite and helpful and welcomed me well. - Free on-site partaking available. - Beefeater restaurant and bar onsite attached to hotel so easily accessible abs guests get table booking and meal priority.

The hotel although out of town is easy to reach and has a great bus service into Whitstable. Unfortunately our room was decidedly grubby with items left by the previous occupants still there (and this was after a supposedly thorough Covid clean). It was a hot night and although a fan was provided the room was unbearably hot. Unfortunately with the window open the road mousse was constant and we hardly slept. All this wouldn't be so bad if we hadn't paid the best part of £100 for the experience. A real disappointment.
