Hillview is a little treat about 30mins walk from town or £5-9 in a taxi. Nice little rooms and a great breakfast. The owners are really helpful. Great recommendations for eating out - Pearsons arms was great for food. The rooms are clean and tidy and very quite.

We stayed in the Cabin for a week which was a real home from home!! Really cosy and comfortable and just a half an hour walk from the town and the Harbour. Sharon and Jane were brilliant, plenty of local recommendations - nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel really welcome. It is also in a really lovely location, had a really pretty garden with a table and seating outside. Perfect staycation - we would rate it 10/10.

When I googled dog friendly places to stay, I didn’t imagine for one moment that the Hillview B&B, Whitstable would be as fantastic as it was. I was SO pleased that I’d found the Hillview, as we had the best time. The facilities are very good, comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs. The layout of the other cabins are great, as 3 of the 4 cabins had dogs staying with their owners, which are located in each corner of the grounds and there’s plenty of space for the dogs to roam and play, as well as have privacy to yourselves. The service is excellent, friendly and professional too. The Hillview is well situated, there’s a Tesco’s nearby for anything you’ve forgotten or need for your stay. There’s a dog friendly pub/restaurant (The Monument) within walking distance and the Beach/Harbour is a short drive or taxi journey away. I can safely say that we will definitely be staying at the Hillview again (possibly many times with our dog, as she loved it there too). I’d also highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for U.K. holiday with their fur baby (& partner of course) You won’t regret it, if anything you’ll want to visit again!

This place is a Little Hidden Gem, Dog friendly and super friendly, just a incredibly relaxed place to stay. £5 taxi ride from beachfront. Stayed this weekend with my wife and dog coco, despite a busy daytime schedule we have come home refreshed and relaxed. The cabin had everything we needed and the bed was unbelievably comfortable, included breakfast very good, and 2 staff so friendly and helpful, we will be going back very soon and would definitely recommend to anyone..10/10 from us

Had a Mon-Fri break here and the weather couldn't have been better. Were thankful for the fan in our room to keep us cool. The sound of birdsong is wonderful and greeted us every morning. feeders keep the birds coming and it's good to see how many visit them. Set in very pleasant grounds everything is provided for a lovely stay. The town is an easy 30 min walk away which saves searching for parking. Also a good cycling area. We cycled some of the Crab & Winkle path to visit Blean Woods. It will take you right in to Canterbury.
