Absolutely lovely! Would recommend to everyone! In the heart of Whitstable and right on this beach front! Lovely for both couples and families! 100% will be looking to stay again very soon! Hut 4 is the one I stayed and would stay again for sure!

Stayed in Warehouse 7. Plus points were that it was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Well located for the beach, harbour and town centre. Balcony a bit cramped (just two of us, four would be impossible) and key app doesn’t work. Would stay again.

As a lovely gift I was bought a night in Hut 14 on a Tuesday in the week after my birthday. We live in the town but a night in a hut right on the beach with a balcony was so exciting . On arriving the hut looked run down at the entrance and the key lock was faulty. We got in and noticed it was very very small for 4 adults! Just a 2 seater sofa and not enough water or complimentary tea/coffee etc for 4. We were fine though and went to the balcony and the day was hot and it was a nice view. The balcony was dirty and the view obscured by a big advert on the glass surround but we were happy. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower was dirty with hair and corroded edges and only enough toiletries for 1 person. The worst was the evening. It was sweltering. No fans in hut and we had to shut windows and shutters as the antisocial behaviour infront of hut was terrible. Men and teens sat under our balcony and said they would climb up. The hut has no exit other than under balcony where men were. The noise was terrifying. No wifi in hut and our phones would not work at all no signal and no landline there. The heat was dangerous and then I realised that there was no fire escape to top bedroom ( hut is all wood ) and window up there too small to get out. No exit and sure it broke fire regs rules as if fire happened the people upstairs cannot escape. No fire extinguisher seen either. The noise, swearing and banging on hut went on all night until 4.45am. Also the hut is used as a urinal for pub leavers at end of night. It was horrendous and we were going to go home with our daughter but it felt dangerous to go past the drunks in the door. Really terrible stay unfortunately especially for the cost.

Stayed 12th June -13th. Stayed in warehouse 4. Fantastic all what we wanted. A place to sleep and a base close to all amenities. Car parking under cover right by the front door. Accommodation was on 2 floors consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom had a sea view , the top floor had a balcony , not massive but more than adequate for the 2 of us . Would defiantly stay again

Stayed in the new warehouse cottages cottage 6 This does not have a kitchen or lounge area! Basically paying for 2 bedrooms However top room does not have a door ! Nice view ! They will not compromise on parking time ! New key app didn’t work ! Balcony to small for 4 people and as no communal area We sat in car park ! Stairs are steep ! You could stay in a hotel for cheaper ! Nice location until the evening when you hear everyone emptying bottles in bottle bank . And lots of noise from people stopping on way home to sit on benches . Wouldn’t recommend to families or for more than one night !
