My son and I were visiting the area and needed somewhere to stay for the night, the hotel was warm and inviting, the staff were very friendly, despite being close to the motorway the hotel was quiet and very cosy, I would definitely recommend to others

It’s not a 5 star hotel but brilliant for an overnight stay. Everything in room we needed including tea & coffee. Plenty of places to eat a short drive away. Staff were superb, friendly & helpful. Clean rooms. The services there have a greggs bakery,WH Smith, Burger King, m&s food. Would recommend

Basic, inexpensive accommodation situated within the service area on M2. Despite this, there wasn't noise from the motorway though some inconsiderate guests were making noise in the car park outside our ground floor window. It was very clean so no issue there but the bed was uncomfortable, mattress needed replacing and it felt that the whole bed was sloping downhill. Room had been made up for 4 guests although we had only booked for two, made the room unnecessarily cramped. Greatest complaint is the lack of up to date directions. Due to closure of an access road from south bound side of services to the London bound side which is where the hotel is located, it's very difficult to actually find the hotel. Sure I could find it easily now that I know its location but extremely

We arrived at 1am in the morning after a very long day and was greeted by Taj, she was so lovely and cheerful and went that extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was just what we needed after a very tough and tiring day. Thanks Taj ! Keep smiling. As for the hotel, it is getting a bit tired (even for a travel lodge) however we were comfortable enough and the location was ideal right next to services with Gregg's for breakfast etc.

The corridor stunk of weed. Cleary someone was partaking in the taking of drugs, not sure how as any smoking would have probably set the alarm off. I'm not naïve or a party pooper but its a bloody travel lodge, at least take it outside.

Absolutely awful. Tired run down. Bathroom was horrible and so old. Tv could not even get BBC 1. Could hear guests walking around on floor above. Bed was clean which is only reason I stayed the one night as had been travelling all day.

If you like stinky disgusting hotels this is the one for you. The room had dog food in it. The smell was horrible. We have a dog and would let her stop in the room. The receptionist quote “good luck fighting your refund as they don’t give them” . Plus the freak show in reception with dogs everywhere and the people worrying they had brought the phone number for their mental Heath team. Keep away needs demolition. Book at the premier inn at Faversham 1000000% better
