This B&B is a must stay. The room we stayed in was perfect. There was everything you needed even a mini fridge.
The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast 🍳 Delicious.
Cowes is a lovely and friendly town to visit with a beautiful Esplanade restaurants and independent shops.

We returned to Holly Tree House for our honeymoon as we had been at Holly Tree House for our first holiday together.
Mandy set the bar high for our first visit but ( hard to believe our honeymoon visit was even better! Mandy and Mark couldn't do enough for us, picking us up at the ferry terminal and dropping us off for our cycling hire.
The rooms (bedroom and bathroom) were dressed beautifully, like a boutique hotel suite with Ercol furniture and such a comfortable bed!
Mandy's breakfasts excelled the 4 star hotel we were in the previous week in Jersey.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to a return.

We had a wonderful two night stay here. We have truly never had a better appointed bedroom and bathroom. The attention to detail was much appreciated, down to cubes by the bedside for plugging in all our electronics and the filter coffee. Yacht Haven room is really a peaceful haven, looking out onto back gardens with beautiful bird song. Very relaxing! There were two separate showers in the ample cubicle and a great bath too, plus two washbasins. Gorgeous towels and even facecloths supplied.

The breakfasts could not have been bettered with cereals, berries, all different seeds, yoghourt, juices and cooked breakfasts with the highest quality ingredients. Delicious.

Yes, there is a walk into Cowes (uphill on the return) but after one of Mandy's breakfasts we all felt this exercise was no bad thing! And if you have a car it is easy to get anywhere else on the Island. Cowes itself is a delightful town and Marina.

Thank you very much Mandy for our lovely stay with you.

We were on a Wight Walks Coastal Path walk around the Island and had our accommodation each night booked for us, which I found slightly worrying being a bit of a control freak. However, I could not have stayed at a nicer place, lucky for us we were booked in for two nights, what a bonus. Mandy and her husband Mark, not forgetting their little dog, are so welcoming and their house is lovely. My room, Bembridge, was lovely and bright with gorgeous white linens, a fridge with fresh milk, bottle of water and a chocolate kit kat bar each day. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of choice and set us up for the day ahead. Thank you Mandy and Mark you made our week. Hope to see you again sometime. Jacqueline Smith

My friend Nick and I, made Holly Tree House our first and last night stay on the island whilst completing the costal path walk over four days. When we arrived on day one the hosts offered to collect us from the Red Funnel terminal to save the walk up the hill, which considering what was coming was very much appreciated.

We arrived in our small but perfectly appointed twin room with an excellent en-suite facility. The room had everything we required including fresh milk for hot drinks. Breakfast was lovely and Mandy was a perfect host. We set off fully refreshed after a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast.

We returned on day four after completing 71.5 miles walking over four days obviously feeling somewhat exhausted. We were greeted by Mandy who brought a lovely pot of tea and biscuit to our room.

We made plans to get a taxi to the ferry terminal as no more walking was required, however as soon as our host found out they offered to drop us off at the ferry terminal.

The welcome we received was outstanding, the room and food were perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thank you so much.

We stayed at the Holly Tree House for a few nights in mid June. It was truly one of the best B&B experiences we ever had. We took two rooms with them. Both rooms were very nicely decorated, the bed in particular fluffy and comfortable. I especially love the use of interesting fabrics on the curtain, cushions and lamp shades. I found out that Mandy sewed all of that herself, which really adds a lovely personal touch to the place. After all, authenticity is what we look for when we stay at B&B's. Breakfast was always a treat that we looked forward to every morning. I learnt that they buy a lot of their food from local butchers ( sausages) and local artisanal shops ( jams) vs from big supermarkets, which is why everything tasted super yummy. I'm so impressed that they put the comfort and experiences of their customers before profit. Mark and Mandy was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Such a lovely couple they are. Holly Tree House is also very centrally located and is an easy saunter to most places. I highly recommend it.

Mandy and Mark were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat. The house is very tastefully decorated, we stayed in the Yacht Room which is lovely especially with the free standing bath very welcoming after a strenuous walk around the hills of Ventor. It was spoltessly clean and the choice for breakfast very good. Highly recommended. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Booked this long before anyone had heard of Covid but had it on hold until now and it was definitely worth the wait. Mandy greeted us like old friends and nothing was too much trouble. She recommended and booked a restaurant for us for our first night and we even had 10% off. The room was spotless, well equipped and modern. Filter coffee, fresh milk, water and Kitkats in the fridge, such a lovely change from sachets of Nescafé and long life milk. Comfy beds, great choice of breakfasts with homemade bread and veggies well catered for. We even came back to homemade cake one day. Go and stay, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Mandy and Mark.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived at this stylish, immaculate home from home. Mandy makes you so welcome and it is honestly like staying with friends. Our room, Bembridge was bright and spacious and the bed to die for, huge and seriously comfy, such a treat after a long day on our bikes exploring the island. Fresh milk is stored in a quiet fridge in the room ready for that morning cuppa. The bathroom is so stylish and user friendly with a fab rain shower. We cannot wait to return and have already booked for early next year. This break was just what we needed to recharge. Thank you Mandy.
