Courteous staff, clean room with necessary amenities. Leaving vehicle for an out of town trip. Location near airport and history of good service led me to stay here. I was not disappointed. Will stay here again.

We stayed here for the stay, park & shuttle to the airport. When we were checking in & filling out the paperwork that included start & end dates, I asked them about the fact that we come back 5/8, but technically 5/9 as our plain lands @ 12:10am. They didn’t tell us the last shuttle leaves at midnight. When looking up for just the room the rate was $159. With the park & stay we paid $298. Had we known we were going to pay for a taxi to get back to the hotel which was $17 ($25 w/tip) we would have stayed for the convenience of how close it was & then would have just paid to park at the airport which would have been cheaper. That person checking us in SHOULD HAVE given us the information to give us that option knowing that I told him we would be landing after their last shuttle!!! They did not have the shuttle times advertised when signing up for the park & shuttle option either!!!! Feel like they ripped us off for their own profit & we had to fend for ourselves to get back!…

excellent highly recommend this hotel clean great food very very nice staff if you are looking for a hotel close to fairview hospital look no further. My husband and I arrived for his surgery at the fairview hospital for a 10 day stay. even offered me a shuttle service

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, reasonably priced and great wings! Close enough to Cleveland Clinic Fairview Campus. It has easy access off I 480 and not in a congested area. We’ve stayed there several times and never been disappointed. Sanitation protocols are taken seriously.

We’re Hilton honor members and just made diamond status. I understand that is a big accomplishment. The room we were given was 513. Our stay was going well. Smooth checkin. My wife and I. I sustained an injury and my son needed to help take care of me. Our dinner server was wonderful. Then a party was allowed to be conducted on the floor above us! There had to be a dozen people with all the noise yelling, screaming they were making. My son called the front desk, it lessened for 5 minutes. It was so unfair that we were subjected to such a stay. My thoughts are that only 4 people should have been in there and although we were asked to call again if we had problems the staff should have followed this up. We are so disappointed.

Very nice hotel. We arrived late at the airport, the shuttle was waiting to take us to hotel, hotel has a nice sundries section for late night munchies including small sample of alcohol. Room was spacious and clean. In the morning ww saw that the lobby was nicely decorated, had full breakfast available, good coffee and cheery atmosphere. Would certainly recommend this for closeness to airport.

Clean and updated. Great towels. Was able to leave car at hotel for our trip. Quiet. Great view out window. Shower head adjusts. Only bad was to you had to turn water on while reaching in shower so you hot the burst of cold

Not satisfied with the evening desk clerk was rude , didn’t put our gift certificate in at check in time . Was charged next day . Until I had to call front desk to explain . Morning desk clerk had to find my gift certificate to credit my money back to me
