Good value for money; the hotel is well presented and in a good location. Staff generally attentive. Room was clean and tidy with all the facilities you need for an overnight stay. Vending machine in reception for late night snacks!
Definitely recommend staying there Hotel was very clean. Reception is very nice and respectful. Hotel was very clean. Reception is very nice and respectful. And just across from Weatherspoon so you can go for nice meal also me and the Mrs stay at Travelodge quite a lot and has never had a problem staying there.
Great Location, clean and friendly. I will definitely stay here again. East Grinstead has plenty of places to eat and drink and nearby is a cinema. I found parking next door, however the car park can get full if a popular film is showing. Lovely town and great Travelodge.
I was very pleased with my short stay in Travelodge. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was warm, big, very comfortable and very clean as was the bathroom. I hope to visit again.
Booked a room for my parents who were very impressed. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Lots of places locally to eat. Will definitely stay again in the future.
Loud disturbance went on too long and wasn’t dealt with. Light bothered us in the room keeping us awake and when asked about it was given a post it note which wasn’t exactly helpful or practical. Not a great stay and made us very tired for family festivities after travelling.
Bring your own pillows, terrible nights sleep with a crooked neck in the morning. Although I appreciate it’s a budget hotel, the pillows need variation of density and height. Also, I stayed on the top floor and noise became an issue due to a room downstairs
Booked several months in advance, so a good price for Christmas day night. Warm welcome from reception staff and very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Wetherspoon's opposite handy for breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
To be fair for £35 for a double room, the privacy to come and go as you please, the bathroom and toilet exceptionally clean, reception available when required 24 hours day, just to be abit petty, it would have been nice to have a fridge, but that’s me being extra. Outstanding and amazing for the price
for price, situation, cleanliness, this hotel is perfect....comfortable bed, good working shower and no noises. We had to travel for about half hour to our friends party so we could have book a hotel closer but glad we didnt
