I didn't really get to look around like that but base on what I saw it was good. As I said my only problem was our room door couldn't close from the inside. We ended up leaving prematurely. Other than that it was ok. I can say Other because as I said we didn't end up stay overnight.

The hotel is currently being used for a hostel/shelter what this means is I experienced people always in the hallways by your door talking in the phone.. no security people in and out all the time. Since people are living there the noise level was loud the people above me made noise till about 2 am with banging on floor. The rooms had mold no hot water and the internet was terrible since everybody is constantly on it so I was not able to get work done. I took pictures they are on Google reviews

We stay at alot of hotels with a traveling athlete and this was the worst experience we've had. They first tried to charge us $500 per night when we needed to modify our stay weeks in advance. Upon arrival none of our keycards worked, the fire detection unit was dangling from the ceiling, the TV doesn't work, the bathroom door had a cut out to be able to swing past the toilet, the toilet handle was broken, and the pillow cases were stained. After almost no sleep the staff then decided to use steam cleaner vacuums at 5am. We will NEVER book woth this hotel or it's parent company again.

We booked a suite but both TV did not work . We went for breakfast and could not get a seat and most of the breakfast was gone. No coffee no bread so no breakfast and we paid too much money for a two star hotel. We previously stayed here and it was great. Has there been a change of ownership. I mentioned all this to the reception who just looked at me and shrugged.

We called earlier in the day to get a price they guy in the phone said 140 plus tax when we went in person the guy was telling us a different price which was more. when we got the room the room wasn’t clean so he gave us a different room. The room I stayed in There was pee stain at the bottom of the toilet seat , that’s very disgusting! I didn’t mention it I should’ve, but I just left it alone I hope my stay will be better with a discount deal Thanks.

Love the pool! Excellent breakfast was included. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Linens are crisp and fresh. Location super easy to access from the 401. Loads of parking available. Staff friendly and helpful. All around, a great stay!

The furniture seriously needs to be changed, it's very old and dingy, the rooms are on the smaller side and the "queen" sized beds are more on the double bed size. Breakfast was also lacking. The personnel who work there are polite and friendly.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in! The room was not cleaned well, the pool hours changed daily and were never as posted, pricing online was different than at check-in, hot breakfast option was only waffles. Bed coils made my back ache!

Gave us an early check in for $25 but the rooms weren’t clean. Bathrooms were the worst. No toilet paper, pee on the floor around the toilet. Bugs in the shower. We were there a group for a basketball tournament. The breakfast was wonderful.

Multiple issues right from check in and throughout the remainder of our stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 children (both under the age of 6). We ended up also having to bring our youngest daughter as well who is almost 3 yrs old, not knowing there was a max occupancy of 4 per room. When I told the front desk i had a 3,4 and 5 yr old with us they immediately said they couldn't allow us to have the 2 adults plus 3 children in 1 room. Given the ages of the children I thought it was ridiculous that a 3 yr old would even count as an additional guest. I was told I must get a 2nd room to accommodate us and they didn't have any adjoining rooms available. I asked to speak with a manager as I was not paying an extra $150 for another room that we wouldn't even use just because I had no choice but to bring our 3 yr old child. I wasn't allowed to speak with the manager all I was told was that it was policy and nobody could change that. This was extremely poor customer service in my opinion. After driving hours to get there and being told this information I was extremely upset. After arguing for a while in front of my children the front desk finally agreed to just allow it but for an additional $50 charge which I had already asked him to do and he said no. I had no choice but to agree at that point as we had nowhere else to stay for the night. We got put room keys and discovered we were in the 1st room next to the front lobby, vending machine, and laundry room. All noisy areas to have 3 young children (1 of which is autistic) sleeping but I accepted it and didn't want to ask for another room. When I got into the room I discovered we had absolutely no towels, cloths etc. So I went to ask someone in the housekeeping area for some towels, I was told my daughter took them all which was not true at all. I told them I checked into the room 5 minutes ago and there were none in there and my 3 and 4 yr old have not taken anything. The man seemed annoyed and gave me 2 towels....again I needed more than that but did not complain. We went about our evening and took the kids swimming only to discover there were no towels in the pool area and since we only had 2 in our room we needed more so I had to go back to housekeeping and ask for 3 towels. They still didn't fill the towels up on the pool deck for other guests. We had a terrible sleep because the walls are paper thin and could hear everything above us and beside us, including the laundry shoot. …
