On check in, there is a sign on their door before entering that masks are mandatory. We don our masks and enter. Two of the female staff at the front counter did not have masks on and there isn't any partition between staff and customers. If customers have to be uncomfortable wearing a mask, why doesn't their staff have to as well. The shower head in our unit desperately needs a good soaking in CLR or a new head installed. It is so plugged off with calcium deposits that neither of us were able to have a decent shower as there just wasn't enough pressure and too many holes on the shower head plugged off. The rooms are quite dark even with all the lights on, some brighter bulbs would be nice. There is a window that the drapes could be opened for natural light but then you have no privacy from anyone walking by your room and looking in. The only bright light is above the vanity and when it is turned on, it shines directly at the bed (which woke my spouse up while I was trying to get ready without waking him up). The staff were very nice and friendly. Check out was quick and simple. Room was clean. Located with industrial buildings around it.

Still a 1/2 hour drive from the highway that will take you to the border crossing but good alternative to driving all the way from Calgary. Excellent service, staff very accommodating. Room was clean -2 king-size beds that were comfortable. Large fridge. Ample parking

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff. Spacious parking lot. Decent breakfast. Accessible to nearby towns of Waterton park, Crowsnest Pass, etc. and to stores such as Walmart, Tim Horton's, McDonald's, A&W, as well as to local restaurants. It is so nice to waking up to the views of the mountains and wind turbines in the morning and the wonderful sunset at night.

Good quality and price. Clean hotel. Not sure if breakfast could be served in breakfast room like other hotels do. A warm breakfast is a good star t of any day. .Internet slow and not secure. Room lights somewhat dim

This hotel was very nice - clean and inviting and modern. The one complaint we had was that the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was very warm in the room, making it difficult to sleep. The bagged breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
