Pisgah Inn, built in 1964, occupies a picturesque spot along the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is THE place to stay and use as a hub for day trips to Asheville, Hendersonville, and Cherokee; scenic drives along the Parkway; or for other area excursions, such as...More
Rooms with great views, close to some hiking trails and has a fabulous restaurant. Not fancy, but you can sit on you veranda and look out of the unblemished Blue Ridge mountains. We plan on going back next year.
We just love this place and I hesitate to resort of lavish praise because then all of you will flock up here and we won't be able to find a room! We stayed here this past September and it was wonderful as usual. The view...More

We actually ended up on 1st floor because the only other room available was on 2nd but had a double instead of king. We were in far left bldg furthest from office but still had great view from 1st balcony since 8-10 ft off ground. Think that may be newer bldg? Understand all have been redone. There is a transformer in back if bldg. ask to be away from it. When it comes on kind of noisy. Hope this helps.
