I expect more from a Hampton Inn and didn't get it. To be fair, the property was nice and clean. Our room was decent although surprisingly noisy. The problem is the place is way understaffed. One poor girl running the front desk and supply the sparse breakfast. (Sparse is being generous, cold eggs and cereals) I know It's a resort area but not worth the prices charged.

Hotel's Favourite
This was a weekend trip to the mountains. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The hotel staff handled the COVID-19 safety measures very well and we felt safe and comfortable with the stay. Everyone wore their masks properly up over their noses and we were given the option at check-in to not have our room cleaned daily, but instead to have clean towels dropped off outside our door each day. This was promptly done by the hotel staff and worked out well for our trip. The breakfast was also handled very well in regard to safety measures.

My daughter booked and prepaid for this room months in advance. Don't do this. We found out later that doing so prevents you from being able to move the dates or upgrade the room. We attempted to do both and the management said their hands were tied by Hilton. That being said, our room was fine, the beds were comfortable, it was clean. There was a mini frig and a microwave. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and adequate towels, more available on request. The breakfast was better than some hotels I have stayed in as there were scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to all the traditional carbohydrates on the bar. It would have been nice to eat it with the gas logs/fireplace on in the lobby on this freezing weekend with all that snow outside. The lobby was comfortable and offered a variety of seating areas where we met some nice people and enjoyed playing games we brought from home. We were pretty much snowed in to the hotel for two of our three days and it would also have been nice to have a heated pool to swim in as advertised in the brochure and/or a working hot tub. I would advise inquiring about the pool temperature if you expect to swim (about 83 is normal for an indoor heated pool). No one could tolerate it. The fitness area looked fine, no one there using it much either. I understand that there are larger rooms with nice sized tubs and better views than we had..ask about those. We can't complain at all about the courtesy of the staff. The coffee/hot chocolate was not left out 24/7 as advertised; but is available if you ask. The temperature of the rooms was not hard to control; but be advised that heat rises and even on this frigid weekend we had to run just a little a/c to sleep at night because it was getting up to 73 with the heater off in our 4th floor room. During this period of exceptional snow; the parking lot was difficult to get out of and the area in general tends to close down due to travel hazards. We sort of expected an area advertised as a "winter playground" to be sort of used to operating during periods of snow/ice. The hotel itself is somewhat prepared and has a back up generator to avoid loosing power. They also had some staff to stay over to avoid interruptions in the quality of service. We were thankful that we came in on Saturday before the snow and got to go to some places before everything shut down. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and experience and the kids enjoyed the snow in the parking lot. Thank you

Very Clean, Friendly staff that were ON IT. The room was emasculate. The breakfast adequate . I stay here frequently and always feel comfortable . It is a beautiful area to visit and the hotel is in the heart of it .

The hotel was in a beautiful location and had everything you need for a stay. The fitness center was a little disappointing as there was only a treadmill and a couple medicine balls. The breakfast was as expected and overall my stay was pleasant
