Come and have a unique experience staying in one of rammed earth motel suites. Relax and unwind in our well shaded park and watch our abundance of tropical wildlife, as the sun sets, or grab one of our parks noodles (Which are free for our guests to use) and take a relaxing swim in our sparkling blue and refreshing swimming poo, or take them for your relaxing swim in the local thermal pools. Stay for dinner in The Manor restaurant and choose from under cover or outdoor dining under the stars. We have a fully licensed restaurant (open for full cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner (all year round)). Enjoy our delicious grilled barramundi, plus plenty of other great meals to choose from, and don't forget our great chef specials. We also offer pizza every night. Our park has some great spots for open star gazing, so bring your telescopes and come and stay whilst you look at the beautiful Northern Territory night sky, or if bird watching and photography is more your thing, then we have you covered with our magnificent bird life in the park (not to mention our wild peacocks).

A large facility with a licensed cafe/ restaurant/bar, large but basically equiped camp kitchen and an inadequate guest laundry. It has only two small washing machines. Meals at the restaurant are very good and fairly priced and live music was put on in the three nights we were there. Our motel style air-conditioned room was clean. It had tea/coffee making facilities and a small bar fridge. Parking was available at the front of the room. The people staying in a room two down from us shared the room with their dog.

Stayed here with a group of friends. The sewage smell was unacceptable. This cannot be hygienic. Sitting to have a meal and all you could smell was the sewage was being pumped out. On a good note, the meal was actually lovely and the bain marie choices of salad and vegetables was really yummy. I only spotted 3 rubbish bins for the whole park and all had rubbish overflowing, falling all over the ground and also smelt bad. Empty them!!!!! Lastly, our fault, two of the girls left their eskies outside on their verandahs (about 20 rooms from each other) and both had some alcohol stolen. One woke in the middle of the night to the sound and by the time she got out there, he was already making off, but she managed to see the back of him (Aboriginal). So do be careful and lock up everything. The rammed earth cabins are unique and stay very cool and have great noise dampening.

The bathroom sink is to die for; and the thermal water shower will draw you in, so you never want to get out, but make sure you lotion your skin afterwards, or you will end up with a little itch rash on your sweaty bits!!! But beware before you touch your towel!!! If you are too quick, you will miss a fabulous camera moment. The origami dog towel is a real treat! Capture it on film before you wipe with it!!!! Make sure you get here early enough to dine in the restaurant, too because the menu here is ten star and made with so much love - Bon Apetit to the master chef. The rammed earth motel room was a surprise! Very appropriate out here and could be the icing on the cake for every traveller, with just a wee bit of tweaking! Our room had very happy crickets who entertained us with their rubbing leg dance all night, which was fine, but if you hate the noise, it would have been pretty annoying. It only takes one or two, but alas we decided to embrace them and rest anyway. They do drown out the morning birdlife, until the light rises and then the crickets are mysteriously silenced and the bird sound is just wonderful and amazing. Due to the popularity of the Territory Manor, we were only able to book a family room for motel accommodation. Our room accommodates four with a double bed and high rise bunk. Family intimacy is definitely the theme here. We enjoyed that intimacy too, but if you're used to sleeping on a queen or king, just remind yourself before you settle for the night that you are in a double tonite, because if you turn too quick the tiles will rise up to meet you, after you bruise your eyebrows on the bedside table! Alas, if the children are with you, they will no doubt find this escape from your pillow entertaining!!! But having said that, the pillows are soft and plentiful, the mattress firm, the sheets exceptional in quality and the bed inviting for your rest. Outside you have your own little patch of porch comfort to sit and enjoy stopping. The cane toads are plentiful, but unfortunately, it seems that we've all let them become a part of our top end lives now; mind you the cane toad spray, as an option in the cupboard, for guests to use, would not go astray. One cane toad union equals forty-thousand tadpoles, so a spray here and a spray there would not only deter them from remaining established here, but also guarantees Australian wildlife is safe in the property boundary, as well as ensuring guests aren't driving off with toads in their chassis. The motel rooms are sound proof to the outside and offer a great ambience for comfort. The room was cool and stuffy as the air-conditioning unit was too small to cool the space, but with a lining of internal ceiling insulation, this small factor of discomfort could be easily, economically and forever tweaked to guarantee five star comfort for every traveller. Overall, we loved the stay and really commend this property to you.

We highly recommend this park. Our family stayed here in the caravan park. We found the facilities clean and functional. We ate at the restaurant and each of our meals were terrific; big serves, great taste. The family owners are friendly and funny! Don’t miss this place!

Dirty and horrible. Only 9 working toilets for the whole park. There were long queues waiting for toilets with no hot water, floors covered in dirt and very wet, no mop, no toilet paper or soap. Not adequate in any way, the worst we have ever stayed at!
