a fundamental understanding of people that stay at short stay accommodation is being treated with respect and understanding my son arrived with tea cup poodle seriously a manicured love of our family We were basically ejected as the owners hate pets and any form of a pet yes they hate Pets there was no compromise even so our family could have a meal together after my son drove 6 hrs to see us with work but they demanded we leave the gorgeous mini poodle lily outside and not even at least till we have dinner together without leaving our tiny pet locked in a car just terrible owners and managers there conduct is unbecoming of any descent operator and never told us about this at any stage in fact they have even a doggy door to the balcony so we found immediately alternative much better and we carried our dinner cooked in cars there wow how would you accept this conduct by them don't stay here These people are the most terrible( animal hatters ) and we immediately found new accommodations thank rid of such terrible people they should not own a motel as clearly hospitality is not their business line they have no understanding of the word Hospitality and hotels they are the worst hotel managers and owners I have ever seen as being in the industry for 40 years Just the worst ever experience i have had in 40 years of the hotel industry i strongly suggest that people keep away from such a poorly run and owned property with such a cold cold attitude and absolutely no hospitality interest and care they are animal hatters of the worst kind and definitely no good hospitality people i will never recommend them to anyone again while the current owners and managers remain and have advised our staff to also stay away

A wonderful spot to stay in Eden. Well located to shops, museum, restaurants and walks. The apartment had fantastic views with a fabulous outlook over the water. The lounge and bed were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. I appreciated the inclusion of washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend and will return

I had a lovely stay in Eden. Great location for the solo traveller - easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. It was a comfortable room and the hotel gave friendly service. All amenities were just as I needed. Would stay again as a solo or family traveller.

After staying at a couple of very ordinary motels further north the previous nights I was hoping things might turn around for me at Heritage House Motel. They certainly did. As soon as i walked through the door I let out a huge sigh of relief. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and great amenities.
