Enjoy spectacular views over both bays from heritage listed Cocora Cottage B&B (circa 1850's). It was the original Police Station in Eden. It is centrally located in a quiet area close to Eden's famous Killer Whale Museum, the Wharf and Eden's fine restaurants. Breakfast which you can select from our menu is served upstairs with views down to the Wharf and across Twofold Bay to the foothills of Mt Imlay. Both bedrooms have a Queen sized bed, a television and an ensuite with a spa. The front bedroom features the original open fireplace while the back bedroom offers bay views. We serve a complimentary welcome drink and port and chocolates are available in the guest lounge for later in the evening. Whales can often be seen from the deck of our B&B from August to the end of Nov. FREE WIFI.

We were recommended to stay at the heritage listed Cocora Cottage B&B in Eden NSW. We were welcomed by Gail and David and were surprised to have the whole cottage to ourselves, which was certainly a bonus. The cottage has been well restored and takes you back in time, with period touches and furniture throughout the home. The views from the upper level room and deck were amazing, overlooking the harbour and Twofold Bay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast’s were great and generous. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful cosy home.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this beautiful B&B, great location to the town and wharf with wonderful owners. Gail and David run a first class operation with excellent attention to details including the welcome drinks, after dinner port and plentiful breakfast menu. The rooms were cosy and very comfortable and due to COVID restrictions we were the only guests so had the place to ourselves. We really enjoyed and appreciated the upstairs deck as a place to drink a glass of wine while looking over the fabulous views . If you are planning to visit Eden this is a must stay.

Couple 69 and 75 spent 3 nights here. This place is just fantastic. A lovely historic building, the old watch house next to Eden Courthouse, with some internal walls made from lovely blocks of Sydney sandstone, formerly ballast for ships travelling down the coast. The bedrooms with en-suites are comfortable, the front sitting room with lovely fire is very comfortable, the upstairs breakfast room has amazing views. And then to top it off, Gail and David. Fabulous hosts providing excellent breakfast every day, full of useful information about the region but they live offsite and so it’s the best of both worlds - attentive hosts to welcome you on arrival and each morning at breakfast, then you have privacy to enjoy this beautiful house and this really gorgeous area.

This gorgeous heritage home is a wonderful location to base yourself to explore this region without the crowds of Merrimbula. The hosts David and Gail are exceptional. They prepare a wonderful daily breakfast enjoyed from the deck or lounge which have stunning views over twofold bay. The fireplace was lit nightly in the cosy formal lounge creating a wonderful winter getaway. The area had so much on offer with walks, great food at Drift, Ben Boyd National Park to explore and a great bay cruise. Pambula and Merrimbula are a short drive away too. Three days werent enough. Thanks David and Gail for a memorable stay.
