We were at the Hilton on Business, We had a 5th floor room. It was clean and had a sealed sticker on the door. The room across the hall was fighting on the second day which was noisy at 4am in the morning. There is ample parking and they have a bar and restaurant. The bar was open along with the restaurant and closed at 9pm. They have removed the bar stools so you can only sit at tables. The atmosphere just seamed dead. We did like the location and will stay there again, hopefully after Covid the place will liven up.

As a Hilton snob, I will have to say I was disappointed in this hotel. We arrived at 10pm and asked for sheets and a extra blanket and they never brought them. I was more disappointed in the welcome message when calling the hotel that says it’s newly renovated. I asked the front desk because our rooms certainly were not renovated and look very similar to the early 2000’s decor not 2021. They said it was the lobby that was renovated and the rooms were to be completed sometime next year. I would suggest you change your welcome message to reflect that as that’s very disappointing.
Breakfast was ok. Our breakfast with water was $29 (omelet and pancake breakfast) Since we received the diamond credit we paid $5 and gave a $6 tip. If we didn’t have the credit the breakfast was not worth the $29-
Our room (430) has bubbles in the ceiling with water in them.
Overall as a Hilton hotel I was not thrilled with this hotel. I would definitely pick the Brand new Double Tree down the road where at least you get hot fresh cookies!

There was a huge dead roach in the bathroom in the first room we were in. We were also placed in a room directly adjacent to the smoker’s area on the ground floor and the room smelled like cigarettes and we had to request to move. Once we moved there was a brown/flaky smear on the toilet that I had to call to get cleaned. Even after the housekeeper came to clean the toilet was still dirty. The room itself also was not cleaned well. The bed was made. However, there was a cheese-it nicely placed on the top of the bed frame from the last guest. This tells me the bed surface was not wiped/dusted or anything between guest. With everything going on with covid I would think all of the furniture with hard surfaces would be wiped. The room smelled dusty and gave my husband and me a really bad headache. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress felt tilted. Lastly I called in for customer service to bring me toilet tissue and after waiting a full hour still had not received it. I called back and spoke to a different representative (Romy) and she was very helpful and got housekeeping to come within 5 minutes. We ended up checking out a day early bc we just couldn’t take this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful location, the employees were friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The rooms were neat and tidy. The customer service rep who assisted checking me in was very respectful and did her job to the T. The location was in close commute proximity to RDU - Raleigh Durham International Airport. I highly recommend for business or corporate meeting and events.

My room was clean and everything was functional. Nice and quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We utilized their conference room for a customer meeting and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Our shipped-in projector arrived damaged and they were very quick in getting a loaner for us to use.

This is a solid hotel. Comfortable rooms (tried both a king and a queen, both on the 1st floor). Accepts dogs and has some nice grassy areas, particularly in the back. During COVID there is a very limited menu and, if you love vegetables, beware. The only green thing on the menu is a Caesar's Salad. But the chicken wings were very good.

Two big complaints. One is the lack of attention to detail. My first room (115) didn't have a soap dish and three lightbulbs were out. My second room (107) was missing a garbage pail and (you guessed it), there was a light that was out in the bathroom. It amazes me that housekeeping wouldn't uncover these problems conducting a quality check of the room.

The second complaint is about the manner in which a problem was resolved by the front desk. First, let me state that until this point, my interactions with the front desk, particularly Nick, were very good. But this Saturday evening when I returned to my room, the heat would not work. The woman at the front desk suggested that I was not using the heat properly and needed to reset it with the switch on the wall. Her directions were very confusing and I requested that Engineering come and show me what to do. She sent Housekeeping, who found the switch on the wall and immediately told me the heat wasn't working. (OK, I knew that. Why the front desk clerk had to have a staffer validate that is beyond me.) The gentleman from Housekeeping accompanied me to the Front Desk and told her that the heat was not working. I was then switched to a room much further away before requesting, and receiving, one closer. The kicker is that I asked to be compensated for my troubles of having to repack and move and I got a blank stare. I then suggested they put some extra Hilton Points on my account (I am a Gold level). She had to check with her manager and then agreed. I checked my account four days later and...no points. I wound up having to call Hilton Honors, who had to call the hotel to confirm, and then finally got 10K points. Terrible customer service at the hotel to resolve a simple issue and then terrible follow-up not putting down the points. And the front desk clerk never even apologized for the original heating problem.

Would I stay here again? If I was traveling with my dog and had business in the area I probably would. If traveling for pleasure and I had a choice, I will find a different hotel that understands customer service and the importance of people who are Hilton Gold and Hilton Diamond -- repeat guests with loyalty to the brand.

I appreciated the digital check in and got to check in an hour early. I immediately went to pool and hot tub and hot tube had '0' bubbles when switched on. The pool area was clean and towels well stocked. The windows were open so it was nice. There is a restaurant right next door and the restaurant side looked as though the homeless frequent it. Smh. Trash everywhere. Attended an event in main hall and food wasnt well seasoned. Smh used to be alot better. Wait staff was attentive. Digital key worked not every time (through Hilton app) so didnt use all the time. Room was clean and bed seemed a bit old but blakets very comfortable. Breakfast, didnt know you could order omelette until I finished breakfast, the wait staff not really all that friendly. Check in/out always seamless and with Hilton app is smooth. We are Hilton amex member now so we are going to rack some Honors Points so we will see....

The front desk staff was rude, added unnecessary charges such as $25 for early check in and made a line of at least 5 guests wait while on the telephone. The suite was dirty with stains on the carpets and smelled of mildew. There are no microwaves or restaurants (there was previously). The queen bed was the size of a full.

I chose this Hilton hotel exclusively for the fact that it offered an executive lounge concierge service. I paid more for a room that had access to the executive level for the convenience. We always stay in a Hilton branded hotel and love the ease of being able to access a dining area and to have light refreshments available when we need them. After traveling for more than 8 hours, I was incredibly disappointed to learn that the executive lounge isn’t available on the weekends. This is not explicitly stated and there is no notification when booking the room that access would be unavailable. Extremely frustrated that I chose a hotel off of our traveling schedule, paid extra, and didn’t have access to the entire reason I booked this specific hotel. Had I know, I would have picked a hotel that offered breakfast for my kids. When I reviewed the lounge hours, I didn’t realize that Saturday wasn’t listed. Typically, even if it isn’t staffed for light refreshments, your key card gives you access to snacks and drinks. This needs to be stated upon booking that the lounge will be closed on weekends. It also wouldn’t be a bad idea to give people who book these rooms on the weekends a bottle of water in their room. Otherwise, why offer it at a different price point?

Overall, the hotel is relatively clean and well maintained. The lobby is nice and access to the hotel from the back is great. Parking was available due to the large parking lot.
