Great hotel. Nice modern decor. An upscale Garden Inn!
Close to the mall.
Very friendly staff and delicious food at the meeting rooms.
I did not stay overnight and attended a meeting but we looked at a room out of curiosity and it looked all fine.
Good to know, next door is a Hampton Inn.

We chose the suite for the weekend for our wedding parties to get ready in as well as our wedding night. When we arrived, it was apparent the guest before had smoked in the room. When we mentioned to the staff and Arthur, they IMMEDIATELY went into action to remedy the situation. Not only did they make sure my wedding dress was cared for properly so that it didn’t smell like smoke, they worked hard to make me and my bridesmaids feel special by bringing up some bubbly and cheese while we got ready. When we returned from the wedding, my groom and I were greater with a gift Arthur had purchased himself as well as a card signed by his entire team with sweet messages and well wishes. They consistently checked up on us and made sure our stay was nothing but easy and we could not thank Arthur and his team more. Even when we were worried, they remained calm and beyond professional and kind to us. We will only be staying at this hotel when we return to Raleigh and will recommend any friends or family to do the same.

I had asked for a hotel pickup, but the flight was late. The hotel-manager, Ms. Christina, came herself to the airport and picked me up. The next day I asked for a complimentary late check-out, i.e. around 6:00 PM, which she graciously approved. The entire staff, from the front desk to the cleaning service was extremely helpful and informative. My only comment has to do with the internet service. Very poor quality or no reception at all in my room which must be corrected. Otherwise, it was a memorable stay.

There were two issues. 1) Initially our shower would not turn off so we had to switch rooms. 2) The marijuana smell was so bad that we asked to change floors. They said they didn't have any other rooms available but were willing to give us the night for free. The marijuana smell was so bad that we had to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else. All this occurred around midnight. They had charged my card once we arrived and said it may take a few days before the amount would be refunded to my card, we will see!!! When asking about the smoking of marijuana, all the hotel would say is that they were aware of it but their hands were tied, what ever that means.

The service was fantastic but I don’t know if it was the cook/chef or the chicken itself that was absolutely horrible. My friend and I both ordered a chicken sandwich after a long day of strive after we got to the hotel we were both so hungry that we ate about 2/3 of the sandwich and then gave it up. It was so tough, it was stringy, it was chewy. I can’t believe I ate as much as I did to be honest. Never again

+1
Wasn’t too particularly clean. There was hair literally everywhere, chairs, walls, pool, mirrors. There this white clumpy chalk like substance on the head board that I ended up cleaning off. The carpeted floor is beyond sticky and the chair has juice all over it with a nice sticky puddle underneath. All of that to see neither staff nor occupants adhering to Covid regulations. Frankly , I don’t care if you wear a mask, just stay the hell away from me. I didn’t find any experience with the front desk overly exciting, didn’t feel welcomed. Had a issue with the room above mine and excessive noise. Ended up calling down to the front desk at about 9:08 pm, spoke to a young lady who I didn’t feel was all that nice about the noise and asked if she could give them a ring, received a “surreee”. About 1:30 am the noise subsided. Something told me to leave a day early. Pool was heated. Last day of our mini vacation was spent watching swim lessons. If there’s programs like this , let people know so we can make other plans. Prime location, traffic is ridiculous at this one section. Anyway the security precautions were amazing !

The staff at this Hilton Garden in are so friendly and welcoming. It makes travel a little easier when you can look forward to seeing a familiar face. There are so many great offerings on their menu and the kitchen is more than happy to make substitutions.

I always try to use the Hilton Garden Crabtree because not only is the hotel wonderful but Arthur at the front desk is amazing. He always greets me with a smile and makes me feel very welcome whenever I stay there. They also do a nice job on the breakfast.

I was disappointed in the water pressure and also how long it took to get hot water also was very disappointed to be told by staff breakfast was not included in my stay even though I paid almost 200 dollars per night. We were told breakfast was $19.99 per guest and only coffee was free. Nice facility but pricey and really not worth my headache. The cold bath was terrible then to learn about breakfast was unacceptable

If you need a place to hold an event and fell comfortable contact Megan! That all I can say. She the most wonderful person to work with to make your event a memorable success. Sweet, kind and patient and made sure we were happy and everything was in order before she left for the weekend. Excellence Customer Service.
The table were 6 feet apart, guest sat 6 feet apart. They decorated the tables with lovely linen table cloth and a centerpiece. We had to provide the service ware and have the food catered due to Covid 19 and their kitchen being closed. But it was well worth the saving!
The General Manger was also very accommodating checking in the day of to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He even gave my grand children a treat. So thoughtful. I will definitely be back.
