Whether for just a few nights or an extended stay, this urban location delivers the experience of living in a condo in one of Raleighs hippest upscale neighborhoods. Right in the middle of North Hills, you have a beautiful park to hang out in, Harris Teeter next door and almost a dozen great restaurants within one minute walk. Right off 440, you are central to downtown, Wake Forest and all of North Raleigh, yet barely 20 minutes to RDU. Rooms are clean and modern, with stove, coffee maker (a real one), dishwasher, fridge, great bathroom, your own kitchen and fast WIFI. Beds are super comfortable and all doors are made of solid wood (hard to find in today's hotels), keeping the neighbor's voices to a min. Outstanding professional staff, great pool, gym and common areas. This is a vibrant and active neighborhood, so expect the hussle of a city but very upscale and well patrolled. For running, I strongly recommend driving to North Hills drive and hopping on the Mine Creek trail for a run to and around Lake Shelly.

The hotel is located in North Hills, a few minutes walking distance from the large North Hills shopping center. Although it's not downtown, it does look like in the middle of everything and there are several more restaurants and shops next to the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot, where you need to place a "permit" on your dashboard (a paper confirmation you get during check-in). I must say we found it hard sometimes to find a place in this parking lot, but eventually we did.

The building itself is modern and clean. There are several floors with 2 elevators. There is a hot breakfast and also the option to purchase some basic things near the reception. Breakfast sitting is mostly arranged in long tables, which sometimes forces you to sit near others in the same table.

The room was quite large, with a fully equipped kitchenette, though the fridge did make a little noise during the night. Placing the TV in the middle of the room made it look almost like a suite. There was no bath, but a large shower area.

It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay for our staycation. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked! Breakfast had many options, although I would like to see a sanitizing station for guests/staff. I also noticed bare hands as staff cleaned and replenished the buffet. I hoped to see a bigger/more stocked bar for easier access or to enjoy the amenities like the pool table and lounge, but it wasn’t a total bummer due to the great location of the many bars and restaurants in the same plaza. The only thing room wise that was off were the many light switches that served no purpose (or at least did nothing when pressed). The pool didn’t look as up to date as the hotel and renovations. The pool looked old and dirty/unclean. The day after the swim, we did see the pool vacuum cleaning, so it may be a dingy/old pool, itself. Upgrading the pool would be my only recommendation for a 5star review.

Agree with other reviews noting convenient location and free parking. Also appreciated availability of laundry machines (although they are coin-operated only and with banks and supermarkets no longer permitted to offer coins due to the shortage, this could pose a problem). Also appreciated kitchen amenities in room. Perhaps our complaints were a result of covid-related protocols, but it really felt as though the hotel was trying to save money by cutting back on things and then attributing it to the pandemic. There was no housekeeping available unless staying "long term". When we first arrived to our room, it was somewhat clean, but clumps of hair found in several places and bathroom floor definitely not mopped. Furnishings felt tired and uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

This is a rather modern hotel in a great location for what I thought is a very competitive price. Especially when I consider the 537 sqft for a 1BR suite. I am used to Hyatt's but first time in a Hyatt House. We stayed for 5 days and only used the kitchen lightly but it does make for a more homely feel. Like it. Also want to mention the shower that my wive felt work very well and had good water temp. One possible improvement I might suggest are the power outlets. Maybe these are modern security types, but they didn't like my Apple power supplies very much. They just don't seem to fit very well. Also always want to mention the friendly staff all around. Finally there are three options for free parking. It was important to us that parking in front and behind the hotel offer larger spaces. Hope to return soon.

For the price you are spend and or points spending. Expected room to be cleaner especially with covid. Home is being remodeled needed to wash children’s clothes 2.00 to wash and dry when other Hyatt properties category 1’s, don’t! 4.99 for a razor Hilton and Marriott give away for free same with the below average toothbrushes most properties just give away. Disappointed honestly. Two bottles of Aquafina for Globalist no snacks for drink coupon just keys and room. #Unimpressed. But the staff chefs kiss the guy that checked me in went above and beyond to make my children feel welcome if he was able to offer any other assistance or amenities he would have.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House and it was gifted to me. I was aware of all of the changes due to COVID19 so I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was to have my credit card tossed back to me on the counter and the room keys tossed at me as well. If I hand you something, you should hand it back to me. In the past I was a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor and I would never allow my agents to do that. It's quite rude and depending on the guest may come off as discrimination. Every guest that walks through the door that stays there should feel valued and appreciated. So my rating is based on this one front desk agent.

The room was nice. The bed was a little hard and I felt the bedding was so so. The most important thing was that the room was clean and I felt safe there alone. Not sure I'll re-visit this location.

Spacious, clean rooms with modern decor and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Courteous and helpful staff. The kitchen staff ensured they served the omelet to perfection and letting me watch while it was prepared. Enjoyed my week long stay here. Definitely a home away from home.
Proximity to the mall and grocer is the added advantage.

Advertisement and recordings on hotel phone stated breakfast would be incredible. Room was great! Breakfast was worst I’d ever experienced. I have plus recommend not advertising breakfast as an amenity and simply remove it altogether to keep expectations to the substandard level it is at.

The hotel is located conveniently within in walking distance of many small shops and places to eat. I found it easy to get in and out of. Although it will be better once the extra lot is completed. The Hotel is clean, sleek and modern looking, which I really like. I liked that I had the option of a full kitchen in the event that I wanted to prepare my own meals and I liked the separation of the kitchen, seating area, bed and bathroom. Made me feel like I was in a home away from home. I like that the bathroom is nice and large. The water pressure for the shower was great and that is something that I happen to appreciate. I would recommend many people to stay here if in the area for business or pleasure.
