Great Location, Great Staff! My family and I have been staying at this location for approximately 2 weeks now, we transferred from a local Red Roof and I can say this was a great move in many ways. My first interaction was by telephone with the property manager Jeanita to ask about rates and to make our reservation and I tell you what she was so friendly and professional and welcoming. Not only did Jeanita welcome us in, she also welcomed our 2 service Dogs with opened arms with no issues at all, unlike other extended stays in the area. Now on our 2nd day stay we met Abby and I can say she is one of the nicest people we have met, she was just as welcoming as Jeanita.
Now on to the Building and Rooms. Me and my Family honestly give this location a 5 star when it comes down to the building/rooms and cleanliness, we would give a 10 star if possible. We did have one issue with our heat in our room the first day! But once we notified Management (Jeanita) they sent maintenance up immediately and it was fixed. Room was very clean, beds are comfy, nice size fridge and plenty of cabinet storage for dry goods. Bathroom is a decent size, great water pressure in the shower which my Wife loves. Staff keeps building very clean inside and out. Plenty of outdoor area to walk your dogs, they also have a poop station for your dogs with a free poop bags and trash can.
Whats close by for food? First off they have a Sheetz literally across the street in walking distance which is Fantastic. There is a Foodlion 2.6 miles down the street a Super Walmart 4.5 miles and plenty of fast food all on Capital Blvd. And about 12 miles from Crabtree Valley Mall.
I will end my Review with thanking Jeanita, Abby and all staff members at WoodSpring Suites Raleigh NorthEast. My Family and I recommend this location to all, especially if you have service animals.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are reasonably priced, very clean, always felt safe, and their service was always timely and very kind. We stayed there more then 8wks, and I don't have 1 complaint. Abby and Jeanita were always more then helpful with anything my family needed, and their sense of humor put smiles on all of our faces. Great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I was assigned to room 230 and upon arrival the bed was broken, I immediately saw a roach on the wall above the refrigerator. Housekeeping doesn’t do a good job in cleaning the room at all. When putting your card key in the door, you can’t open it right away, you would have to literally wait for a few minutes before opening the door. There hallways and elevators smell like weed and cigarettes which seeps into the room which I am highly allergic. When I first met Janita at first she was very nice to us and so just for her being nice alone and granting us a free night without pay I ended up giving her a good review; shortly after she became rude and her customer service sucks. It was constant issues of back and fourth pertaining to payments and lack of communication on there end. So I went and complained to the other manager Abby about the situation and she was no better at all. I as well as min boyfriend have also constantly witnessed that the front desk staff gossips about all the guests. This place has extremely too much going on so please save your money. Granted the only good thing I can say about this place is that it’s cheap however I have learned that cheap isn’t always good. My boyfriend and I are finally at a very decent place where the front desk staff is awesome, location is perfect, rooms are a lot more spacious, clean, and has the clean linen type of smell etc. The only decent staff member at this hideous hotel is Justin but as far as Janita; she needs to get into a different profession. All these other good reviews that is on here pertaining to this hotel is complete dishonesty. However I do understand that everyone has different experiences and I do urge you to form your own opinion in the matter but at the same time please don’t waste your hard earned money on this place when there are much better places to stay, feel safe, and feel at peace.

I can only say that without Jeanita at this property I don't know what it will be. She runs around trying to accommodate everyone from the customers to the workers. She puts in time trying to make sure that housekeeping has what they need to get their jobs done and then she makes sure that the customers are ok. The complaint I have is the same the smell of marijuana and crack on the floor is stifling. It makes me sick to my stomach. The management team sent out letters to this effect but still after a week we are back to the same thing. Then some guest don't have any manners and let their children run around all time of the night not caring that others are trying to sleep. Please fix these problems and the hotel will be 5 star to me. Cannot give that due to the excessive smoking and noise on the 4th floor. Thanks Jeanita who listens and Elvis who cleans my room greatly. Thanks to Abby and Anna who also listens to my complaints at times.

Hello my name is Recca when myself and my fiance arrived at woodspring Suites Raleigh Northeast Wake Forest we were in distress,discharge,and tired and Ms Jeanita gave us words of encouragement and made us feel right at home! The facility as a whole was polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely be recommending this location to any looking for a place to chill for the weekend or someone interested in there awesome weekly rates.....

I made reservations ahead of time for 2 nights. We tried to check in around 7pm and there were computer issues. After about a half hour the sweet receptionist gave me my key cards and said she would try putting it in later and we could sign the paperwork later when we came back.(we were moving our daughter to the area and was going to dinner and help finish unloading Uhaul) At dinner, I received a call that they overbooked and would refund me my money. I asked if they had 2 single rooms and she said yes! So she put us in for 2 rooms and we would pick up keys later as we were unloading/moving. When we got there the lobby was closed. Had to call the call center to send an attendant. She gave us the keys to both rooms. My son's room literally had poop on the toilet seat and burn marks on the seat as well. The air conditioner did not work. The bedding was terribly stained and the walls behind the kitchenette was splattered with food and grease. When I walked into my room we actually STUCK to the floor! Behind the kitchenette were splatters in our room as well. We looked no further and called to say we could not stay in these rooms. An attendant met us in the lobby. After about another half hour she reimbursed our money. I have never had to write a bad review in all my years of traveling and I feel bad writing this one, but felt I had to. I've read many of these reviews and they all seem to have had a good experience. I am not sure what or why they gave us the rooms they did.

Currently we are displaced and was unsure of where we would go. I kept googling places around the area to make sure I was choosing something that was close to my job. I went to several different locations before I found this one. They were all terrible...I called WoodSpring Suites and prices matched the phone service was good and I was so excited I drove to the location. It was clean, smelled good and the one on one service was just as good as the phone service. The month we have been with them has been great! No complaints here, Anna and Jeanita help make our stay wonderful. I would for sure recommend.

All indoor, guest only access to suites. Very clean well lit property with on site staff 7am-10/11pm Mon-Sun. who are professional, friendly, informative and extremely helpful. They are incredibly accommodating to your needs with rapid response. Snack and drink vending machines plus laundry room all of these are 24hr access and accept coins or credit. Sheetz next door, less than 5 minutes from I540 and Triangle Town Center, 10-15 minutes from downtown Wake Forest, 30 minutes to downtown Raleigh and tons of delivery options. Full kitchens and baths with multiple choices for room and bed sizes, Non smoking and smoking available. Good for the whole family, children will be safe and pets are allowed. This is probably not the cheapest option for a nightly stay the weekly rate is preferable however it's worth every extra penny. Trust me I've seen the other local extended stays, they're disgusting. So if you are moving to the area and need a place to stay while finding more permanent housing or on an extended business trip this might be the place. Nick will take excellent care of you!

Basic amenities. The bedding was stained with food stains on arrival. We asked for a change of bedding. First time they ignored it, saying we asked after 9am so it was too late to arrange. Second time, they just made up the beds, without changing the bed linen as we requested. Breakfast staff was lovely; always friendly and cheerful. The food itself was ok, basic, limited choice.
We have visited USA extensively and stayed at many hotels. In terms of value for cost, this was the worst. Obviously they are trying to reduce expenses, and it shows. There was black mould on the shower tray. The extractor fan in the bathroom was barely working: I had to pull extensive amounts of fluff out before it worked. The water faucet leaked on full flow. Based on our experience with the very simple request for a change of bed clothes, there was no point in asking for the faucet or fan to be fixed.

Mr. House, I do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay at our Woodspring Suites Raleigh/Northeast Wake Forest. I am concerned about your review though. This statement in your review (Breakfast staff was lovely; always friendly and cheerful. The food itself was ok, basic, limited choice.) makes me wonder if you rated the correct property as we don't offer Breakfast nor serve food in any capacity nor do we have a Breakfast staff. Also, our vents in our bathrooms are not exactly accessible to our guest. Again, if you stayed at our property and the accommodations did not meet your expectations, we do apologize. However, if you did not and rated the wrong property, please correct your review with a fair assessment or remove it accordingly. Thank you again.
