This hotel is great. The staff is wonderful and the bartender is super nice and personable. If you are going to a PNC event you really can't beat this location as its an easy walk. The Backyard Bistro adjacent to the hotel was excellent as well. I do have some constructive criticism though. The breakfast they provide should really be free. The offerings they have do not justify an $11 charge. We stayed in the 1 bedroom which we liked but it really needs some amenities. A K-cup coffeemaker would be nice and a microwave is essential. There were no utensils, cups, or anything. I would probably not pay the extra for the 1 bedroom again. One final small complaint, we stayed for 5 nights and the housekeeping never came into the room not even to empty the trash. I thought that was pretty strange.

This was absolutely one of the most clean and well staffed hotels I have seen in a long time. Everyone had a wonderful attitude with a great smile and ready to help with any request we had while we were there. Any request they were not able to meet such as keeping the pool open later then sunset… we were explained the state rules and regulations that the hotel must follow. The very nice and polite manager also offered us extra amenities to make up for the pool having to close at dusk, which was not something she had to do since it was not their fault. Overall our family had a wonderful time staying there and we will surely be back to visit at this hotel any time we are in Raleigh thank you so much for a great weekend!

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. The only thing that was under par for a hotel this nice, was the breakfast that cost $11.75. It was the exact same breakfast that you get for free at other, lesser hotels.

Tool was playing at the PNC arena so I traveled to Raleigh to see the show with brother. He works for Marriott so we received a great rate, made the reservation 2 months in advance. I’m a Bonvoy member so I received an email the day prior to my arrival asking if I wanted to check in early on line, so I did. I was driving to the hotel around 2:00 pm the day of the show to see if I could be upgraded due to my status. Upon talking to Chelsea at the front desk, she informed me my reservation had been canceled. I asked how, seeing as I had already checked in, and I did not cancel my room. She said the hotel was oversold, and since we had a cheap rate ours was the first to be canceled. So now, here I am coming in from out of town to take my brother to a show, and hours before the show starts we realize we have no room. I asked if she could get us in another hotel, she said it was not her job. I left 2 voice mails that week for the GM, never heard back. I called the Marriott number on my bonvoy account, and while they apologized, they said since we had an employee rate their was nothing they could do. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. I was never informed my room was canceled, and had I not called we would have shown up and been totally out of luck. Chelsea said I was emailed, which was a lie as I checked my email and I never received anything from Marriott that day. I have not stayed at a Marriott property since. Good luck with that kind of customer service. So if you are going to see a show, and you want to make sure you have a room, I would recommend booking elsewhere.

JULY 30 2022 Checked in 6pm, left by 7pm for concert. Room was NOT CLEAN, disgusting areas in carpet, mold, dust, drips on wall, carpet not vacuumed, tile dirty, and creepy adjoining room door with mirror. Fixtures electrical shorts and flickering, switchplate burn marks. Fridge not cleaned sticky food and drink disgusting underside inside fridge. Bathroom floor dirt particles, shower chair with pink microbial growth. Pool closed at 8pm not 10pm during summer. I was not impressed for $200 per night rate on this room in the dirty condition, we decided to not complain, spare ourselves drama with the hotel staff, and just tolerate it until I pulled back bedding to find disgusting long hairs, blood, toenails, food etc. I went down to the front desk to request another room. I was told they were full and that the best he could do is give me some sheets, and told me that he could not build me a bedroom. I said I don't expect anyone to build me a bedroom and I will just leave. I explained all the other things I had tolerated and overlooked, but that I was not sleeping in a dirty bed, especially with covid and monkey pox going on. We mentally resolved ourselves with the dreaded idea to have to leave the hotel with no place to go 5 hours away from home. We ended up leaving in the middle of the morning/night 1AMish, with nowhere to stay, drove to a Hilton, and ended up from our exhaustion sleeping until 1pm the next day which was not our plan. Requested refund; promised refund, NOREFUND

I recently visited Raleigh to attend an event at PNC Arena and discovered this wonderful hotel. It was convenient to the arena, which is what I wanted. The staff were all wonderful and polite, you could tell they enjoy what they do. The room was large and well appointed, as well as very clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and the waitress was a delight, maybe the best part! I look forward to returning to Raleigh, and this will be my go to spot to stay!!

We took a quick day trip to Raleigh and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena. The room was very spacious with modern decor. A couple of friends stopped by to visit, chairs only in our room, no couch but the four of us were not cramped at all in the space.
We didn’t require much in this overnight stay but I’d certainly revisit. This hotel would be very convenient when traveling to the NC State Fairgrounds or Arena as mentioned in the name.

location great if you need to be close to the arena... or university.
confort of the bed, great ... definitely above average..
unfortunately old Systeme for the heating very noisy, and the shower is still with the old fashion curtain in the bath tub.
but honestly for a stop of one or two days it is nice.
the real disappointment was the service and the breakfast.
they put me twice in a difficult and uncomfortable position and frustrated me since I was unable two have my breakfast for me and my wife.

Stayed 3 nights while attending a concert at PNC arena. Easy walking distance to arena. Rooms are large. Staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Restaurant and bar onsite serving breakfast and lunch. The nearby Backyard Bistro is a great option for lunch and dinner.

The place is nice enough friendly staff, but no real amenities, I love the price gouging on game day, the least they could do is have free breakfast. A couple weeks ago I paid 300 for one night only cause I can't drive at night. Was going to stay again soon but saw an almost $600 price for one night.

Answer from ArenaSuites
Unfortunate, we do not. I would suggest Uber, Lyft or a RDU transportation which are all available at the airport upon arrival. We are only a few minutes away.
